A total rip off. They kept 57% of the estate sale profits when 40% is the industry high. Also their clean out personal helped themselves to anything of value and kept all the money from a bag sale. They made more on that than it would have cost me to hire another contractor. Several thousand lost, not happy.

Excellent estate sale with fair prices and a friendly staff. The sign-up process was far more efficient than other estate sale companies. The rules were clear and concise, as other companies left me guessing what would occur and in what order we'd enter once the doors opened. Any purchased items were well-monitored to ensure no shenanigans from other customers. The sale was well-organized and professional!
