It was my first time in the store. The owner was very helpful, easy going and didn’t try to upsell. I told him about my initial plan and he gave me some other suggestions for how I could tweak my initial set up Based upon his experience. Due to me living 45 minutes away he offered help if I ran into problems over the phone. I really appreciated that and will go back if I do eventually decide to upgrade my DWC/Kratky setup or anything else with hydroponics/aeroponics

Rude proprietor uninterested in helping someone new to the hobby. Uninspiring inventory and floor layout - felt more like a giant garage sale than a store. Wouldn't feel safe spending my money there and getting long-term support.

I went to purchase a CO2 tank refill. The owner commented they were for sale for people who buy other things. He does not carry what I want. I guess the thousands of dollars I have spent in the past doesn’t mean anything. What great loyalty to your customers. Highly un-recommended. .

Grow Big is a very neat place to buy anything for indoor gardening. They are very helpful, and if they don't know something, they'll look it up *with* you, so you both know. They have great prices, as well. I'll continue shopping there.

Went in to see what type of different products they carry here and was inquiring about lighting and needless to say the guy was very rude and not helpful in the least. Dont ask questions here! He dont care to help or make money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
