Service is not the best. I went in for a noise in the steering wheel. They kept the car for a few hours and called me back, but the problem is the same nothing has changed.

Gustman Honda and salesman Randy Lehl , did a great job finding me the new CR-V I wanted, and he got it down to a great price. Buying a my car from Gustman - Randy was a great experience!

This was the only dealer that service my car. Second encounter included them not appropriattely fastening the oil guard to the vehicle and it came undone on the highway. First questions they asked me, "Did you drive it over some large potholes?" Stuff happens and I had them fix it and they did so free of charge. Thank you for a comment that has nothing to do with the fact the technician didn't fasten the guard correctly. The last straw was when the tech did NOT fasten the rear differential drain plug. I was driving the car and as the pressure built up the drain plug broke and I heard a loud bang (sounded like a gun shot). I took it to a different Honda dealership in Madison and they informed me the rear differential was shot and had to be replaced. Since I only had it serviced at Honda Gustman, they believed that the last technician to service the vehicle must have not tightened the bolt all the way thinking that Gustman should cover the cost. I called Honda Gustman and had to leave a message for the manager. Three days pass with no call back or follow up made by them at all(Great customer service). I get a hold of the manager and update him with what happens and he states there isn't anything he can do since there wasn't anything documented at the last follow up appointment of "leaking". The same obvservant vehicle tech who couldn't put the oil splash guard on? Honda Zimbrick, Honda Wilde and Honda Kocourek of Stevens Point all stated that something like this should never happen. The bolts they use for the rear differential fluid should NEVER come loose like it did and that Honda GUSTMAN should have paid for the repairs. I was help responsible to pay $4,000 for a mistake Honda Gustman made.
Ever since I haven't serviced my car at Gustman, I have had zero car issues. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

After multiple bad interactions with the service department staff I’ll taking my Honda elsewhere for service. I’m tired of always arriving to be met with condescension.

I bought my Honda here and the purchase was fine although they had to match the better price in Oshkosh. I have had to have it serviced here 3 times for the a/c issue and the main older service guy is such a rude jerk. He never explains anything and if you dare have a question that contradicts him he is is extremely rude. This has been my experience 3 times as well as my daughter’s experience. For this reason I will NEVER purchase from this dealer again.

I’m extremely disappointed in your Honda CRV. The dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree due to a recall issue that you guys can’t seem to fix. My late father-in-law and I have been especially kind with the amount of business that we have given you over the years and all we get is the runaround with the CRV recall issue!

The service department is excellent. They have been servicing my vehicles for over 25 years. I drive my Hondas 250-350 K miles. Gustman keeps them rolling, fixing ONLY WHAT NEEDS FIXING.
I was there recently for routine maintenance on my 2016 Odyssey. Weirdly, I don’t recall them ever soliciting a rating or review from me, which is another reason I took the time to write this.

I was looking for assistance with getting a key for my vintage vehicle and they refused to help me. Taking account it’s branded under Isuzu it was made by Honda. This information was giving to me by Isuzu (whom directed me to Honda). The guy who answered the phone was not trying to give any assistance.
