Waited for 10 minutes while salesperson finished a phone call, we were never acknowledged. Once off the call, never said a word to us, continued to work at his computer. So happy that he has so much business that he can ignore a customer who was ready to buy a $500 plus entry door lock system. Try to buy local, but will go online now.

Hardware by Design has the most knowledgeable staff for high-end hardware in the market. I am constantly amazed by their service and would be willing to pay more (even though I get incredible pricing) just to work with them. I won't go anywhere else!

I had some multipoint locks I thought I was stuck with, but Brian and Pete from Hardware by Design were so knowledgable, they found and verified a replacement trim set. Can't rate them high enough.
