Went to buy some crafts and a Christmas stocking for my girls. The lady that assisted me to pay for my things acted like I was going to steal the broken ornament I had when I asked if I could take it back and get another one. She was very rude!

Had a lot of fun shopping with family!Lots and lots of fun Christmas joys.Got the Grinches dog, 'Max' and jukebox few other things, like batting from the sewing department to fix some chairs.

Love shopping this place, especially at Christmas. So many different colors and designs to decorate the house and tree.Each year can be something different.Great for household shopping as well.Pictures, statues, plants, flowers, etc

I brought in a counted cross stitch to be framed. The clerk was helpful in her suggestions as I had a piece of Irish lace that I wanted included. I was able to see a computer ? generated picture with the choices I made. Most satisfied!

Staff is always helpful and friendly.The variety of the inventory is always interesting.I especially enjoy the book racks at the front of the store. There seems to be a lot of positive material available.

Appleton HobLob got automatic doors finally! Now you csn bring back your shopping cart with much more ease. Staff has always been friendly and attentive to my needs every time I stop by. Every week they ALMOST have everything either in a new area or new isle, so it's almost like shopping at a new store each time. It "makes" me stay there longer. I see you Hobby Lobby, and I won't complain!

Found what I needed with ease. Unfortunately not enough staff on cashiers when everyone started checking out but that’s to be expected now a days. Okay pricing but is starting to feel a bit pricy for what you get.

LARGE variety! I love to get my goodies for arts and crafts here. Although, is a worker there that would complain to the customers about elderly people needing help. She would complain to us about other customers which is unprofessional.

My happy place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does. Selection is great, sales are amazing, and quality is top notch!

I love how they take care of their customers, I was next in line when they opened another register and someone tried to cut in before me and the cashier politely told her that I was next and they like to take the next person in line.

Went looking for finishing parts (piano wire, brass tubing, brass rods, small bearings) to finish a 3d printed clock, found what I was looking for. Lots of craft things. If you're a crafty person, then highly recommend!
