Fox River Mall location- Associates were very rude! Did not explain the refund/return policy and how they were processing my item. I went back to the counter to question what they had just done and the associate was very rude and not professional. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience when that is their job. I have not been treated like that in the store before and will be calling corporate.

Came here on 12/4 in the afternoon. The male worker who identifies as they/them w/ 1 dangly earring was SUPER pushy & rude. He repeatedly insisted we signed up for their promotional emails after we said we didn't want to. Our purchase was only $12 as is. When he asked if we wanted the receipt in the bag & said yes, he said, "It's about time you say yes to something" in a snobby attitude. I said, "Excuse me?" He responds with, "Just playful banter."Have better customer service. This man disgusted me. Will literally never shop here again & will advise other to steer clear of this store & their awful team of employees.

My daughter love the clothing and store. We recently had to do a exchange and I found that a few of the employees behind the counter are very air headed. One guy took our stuff and then lost it when we tried to exchange, then we went and got new stuff, and we gave him the clothes to ring up, he AGAIN lost a pair of pants he was to ring up! He was to worried about what his friend that worked there was doing for the weekend. He then charged me for my exchanges and never reimbursed me the difference. When I had noticed, I asked him to fix it and he said he could not and all he could do is give me a gift card. Customer service here is a joke, and still waiting on a pair of pants that we had to order online.
