Two young workers under 20 manning the self checkout- I approach and said “do you offer discounts” then was interrupted and he said no we don’t offer discounts on plants. I said “okay well it’s infested with Aphids really bad” and he said no discounts and turned back to his conversation with his co worker. Poor customer service, attitude of I don’t care. Ended up paying the full price because I think I can save the plant but should have had some sort of discount considering the condition. Paying full price for damaged goods. Don’t get your plants here.

Came in hoping to put together a putting green for my husband. I was greeted with a smile! Lori and Victor were phenomenal helping me to pick the correct turf, determine the correct size and getting the product cut for me. It was a quick and easy process! I will definitely go back for my flooring needs!

Not impressed with the customer service here. The only reason I shop at an actual store is so I can get someone to help with things. Don't go here if you need anything. Even at the self checkout, the person never said hi or thank you. I guess I'll just use Amazon and let places like these shut down. Sad.

Never a good experience at this location. Lacking customer service skills all around. PRO desk is never open within their listed hours. Workers were standing outside in the parking lot yelling that they were closed and were rude about it to several people. When it was brought up that they didn't need to shout and be condescending they proceeded to roll their eyes and make a face like a child. Too many other home and hardware stores to go to to deal with this type of "service".
