Went looking for laminate counter top. Lady who had. Asked lady who had no customers was asked which one can I get in a laminate sheet. She didn’t get up and told me I had to look online. Went to Lowe’s lady there looked them up online and orders them. Home Depot you need to help your customers if they ask.

Appleton best Home Depot i’ve ever been at and i’ve been to allot of them. Nice selection of anything you need for home improvement. well organized store and enough employees available to answer questions. I’ve always been a MENARDS guy but having second thoughts after shopping at this Home Depot store

Drove 45 minutes to buy a tool that was supposedly in stock according to another Home Depot employee, only to find out I wasted my time. Do better.

I just have to give a shout out to Julie B. back in the kitchen design area. She's SO helpful with any questions you have, whether it's designs, colors, flooring that compliments countertops, etc. She helped us with our kitchen design in 2009, and I always look for her when I have design questions. She's a real asset to this store, and I look forward to her input in the future when I have questions about colors, etc. An added a bonus is she has a great personality and sense of humor. Thanks Julie!!!

Bought new kitchen appliances and set up a date for delivery.I took a day of vacation for delivery, never got a 4 hour window, delivered at 630pm interrupting my children's bedtime, and took out a chunk of my countertop and their insurance won't replace it.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Home Depot that I feel compelled to share. Less than 90 days ago, I purchased a Milwaukee M18 half-inch drill, hammer drill, as part of a bundle. Unfortunately, the chuck on the drill got stuck, rendering it unusable. Apprehensive about the return process, I brought just the drill back to Home Depot, leaving the rest of the bundle at home.To my pleasant surprise, the staff at Home Depot were incredibly accommodating. Without any hassle or lengthy questions, they promptly offered to exchange it. They instructed me to simply choose a replacement from their stock. The process was seamless – I took the new drill out of the box, handed over my defective one, and that was it. I was back on my way in no time, with a perfectly functioning drill in hand.This experience has not only reinforced my confidence in the quality of Home Depot’s customer service but also in their commitment to customer satisfaction. They handled my issue efficiently and effectively, ensuring that I left the store extremely happy. This level of service is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. I highly recommend Home Depot for their outstanding customer support and hassle-free return policy

Overall, this Home Depot is useful and well managed. There are a few departments that are lacking, but the majority are well staffed with knowledgeable persons.

Staff is crazy helpful! Received a zero-turn mower delivery from another location (who months later still hasn't returned my calls) and they forgot to leave me a key so I could use my new mower. This locations manager went to the floor to see if they had one that would work, fixing an issue he wasn't responsible for just to make sure I was taken care of. Just one example of many positive experiences I have had here. Home Depot is my home improvement company and THIS location is particular is mine!
