Jessica P at the Northland Mall location was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She was able to help us get our taxes done within an hour and 15 min. and it was our first time with her. I can't say enough good things about her. She saved us a bunch of money too!

I've been doing my taxes with H&R block for many many years now. I love how they seek the best possible way of helping a person out and I love how I can use my tax return to pay them. The Emerald Card with the advance payment is super nice and how it can send messages to your cell phone or email about the total left on your Emerald Card.

Never open when they say they are going to be, don't answer the phones, can't give break downs on what they are actually trying to charge for, overcharge compared to private tax consultants who can get you way more return, and are not consistent from one agent to the next.Update: The office we filed our taxes at actually abruptly closed, leaving my husband's paper taxes inside, unable to pay for them, and file them. We had to file a complaint with the headquarters who had to send someone to the office to retrieve the papers and file them at a separate location, past the deadline. No apology, no accountability, nothing.
