No frills place which is everything batteries, especially if one is looking for the highest quality. When I needed two new batteries for a twenty five year old diesel truck, I received differing answers from several vendors. A mechanic friend told me the best batteries were Interstate. This business is not only a retail center, but a large Interstate wholesaler/distributor. Within moments of my arrival, an experienced specialist explained the batteries changed midyear on my truck model. Hours of frustration solved in moments by an expert. Great service, they installed for $10 per battery.

I just want to pass some information along.
Temperature absolutely affects a battery.
Whomever I talked to at the counter told me that temperature has nothing to do with the performance of the battery. He's wrong.
I stopped in to have my motorcycle battery checked. It's been acting up, especially when starting at high temperature. The battery tested just fine. Thank you for checking the battery, I appreciate it. But to anyone reading this, yes temperature does affect the chemical reactions of a battery. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Cold weather, as well as hot weather will affect your battery, depending on it's condition.

I was told by a dealership I needed a new battery. They offered a 12-month warranty with installation for $219.
I went to Interstate because I've had good experiences with them in the past. I got a 30-month (6-year pro rated) battery from them installed for $239. I have confidence that this battery will stand the test of time, and the customer service is top-notch. I had no appointment but was in and out with a new battery in less than a half hour. And right before winter, too!
Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of a new battery!

I just purchased a new RV and it had a one battery in it. I went to interstate and talked with Jimmy and he was able to set me up with a two battery system while I waited. He took his time and did a professional job and I was out in one hour and a half. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable
