This particular one Smells musty and moldy throughout the entire store and that smell sticks on everything, especially bedding, pillows, clothing and draperies!! The Restrooms wreak! I was going to work there but that smell gave me a massive headache! Decent prices but you have to look. Most workers are polite. Parking lot is huge. Never crowded.

I have been to JC PENNY In Appleton WI several times now. Every employee I was in contact with was very helpful, kind and knew what they were doing.
The store was nice and neat and the bathroom was clean.
The clearance areas, which are the most difficult areas to keep clean, were very well organized and neat.
The store wasn’t exceptionally busy, but every cash wrap that was open was maned by friendly, knowledgeable employees.
The only disappointment I encountered was when no one was available in the fine jewelry department.

My daughter Went to return 2 bras, had tags and tried on one time, too small, jc penneys would not return until we called the manager. We were told "I don't know if they were stolen?" $44 DO you really think some would take a chance on getting caught returning for store credit!

A good selection here, still very well maintained for a large department store. The store is kept clean and the restrooms are generally reasonably kept up.
The store is mostly open mall hours it appears although it will occasionally be closed earlier in my experience.

Asked where the restroom was because it was a emergency, and was told that it was to the left. Ended up leaving the bathroom stall a mess and had to clean myself up in the sink. Glad that my clothes were still okay, but was embarrassed to have to tell the young lady in the office that I left a stall in the bathroom a mess.

Why can't you use coupons on clearance or door busters. Why put out coupons if u can't use them?
