“Cool store. I am very knowledgeable in sports card collecting and just starting to look at silver coins, so I was a bit anxious walking in because I just wanted to browse with no pressure. I am not anxious going to card shops or shows because I know what I am looking at and not afraid to ask questions. Different with silver for me though. While walking in, I received a warm greeting and then walked around for about 20 minutes with NO pressure. I was smiled at and asked one more time to let them know if I had any questions. It was very well organized and super clean. I eavesdropped on a new customer who just bought two large trays of I am guessing silver coins. This person said to two workers that they had heard good things about the store so made the investment with them. I apologize for listening in, but I was trying to learn more about silver coins, investment, and trustworthy dealers but walked out when I felt maybe I was being too nosey. Overall, super experience. Maybe next time I will be brave enough to ask a few questions about silver investing. It is a good stop!”

“I was very overwhelmed at the idea of shopping for a wedding band. I am not a person who wears a lot of jewelry, and definitely didn't wear rings until I got engaged. I know nothing about the diamond options or metals available.That being said, I was completely blown away by the service I got from Megan! They took the time to explain the pros & cons of the different metals & stones. We also had some great chit chat, which helped her to know my style and personality more so they could show me designs that fit my vibe best. I was expecting to have a salesperson who would be high pressure & speak down to me for not knowing anything about engagement rings & wedding bands. Megan also helped me look at designs for a ring since I mentioned that my fiancé and I would like to "upgrade" my engagement ring for our one year anniversary. They explained they made a note on my client profile, so he'll know exactly what to get me when he goes in. Megan also clearly explained what maintenance I should do on the wedding band and outlined the protection plan option.For someone like me, who doesn't have "the bride gene" and has been so stressed about trying to plan a wedding, this was probably one of the easier & more pleasant things I've done for the upcoming wedding! I walked in not knowing at all what I wanted, I left truly excited about my purchase and happy that I will be able to wear a piece that reflects me.Give Megan a raise! ?”
