Hi this is to the owner. I got a call from my sister and she had gave me devastating ndw that a family member passed suddenly. I pulled over to take the call. It happend to be jj laundry where I stopped. A man cam out holding onto a vest and was acting very militant and asked if I was doing laundry. I said no. He said to move immediately or he's calling the cops. I endened my phone call and walked in to ask the guy why he was being rude and acting the way he acted. I tried to explain why i was parked there. He screamed at at the top of his lungs like a crazy person and told me to get the EFf out. Then followed me out side and threatened to break my jaw. I will let every person I know, to not go there for fear of the toxic crazy man freaking out. My family just died and this is how that man treats someone. I moved to Wisconsin because I thought the people put here where nicer. I would like a phone call From Lance to explain this, because words cannot convey how a person feels to be threatened 3 minutes after being told there family just passed. Not to mention making everyone in the laundry matt feel uncomfortable.

I drove semis, OTR, for thirty years. I have been in more laundry mats than you can imagine. I probably have been to one in every one of the 48 states and Ontario and Quebec. This is BY FAR the very neatest, well organized and friendly olaundrymat I've ever been. I'm used to washing blue jeans and tshirts, so doing upholstery and comforters is new to me. Crystal, the manager,veas so helpful. I probably would have ruined my stuff if not for her. She runs a tight ship. The place is spotless, no people loitering or sleeping there. They sell EVERYTHING you could possibly need for laundry. Bleach, detergent (both can be bought by the bottle, box or even one cup full for a single load. They have a very nice arcade. Soda and snack machines and even a study room. And I repeat: THIS PLACE IS SPOTLESS!!!! There is ALWAYS an attendant there.ntjey will even do your wash for you. I woke up dreading doing my laundry and am about to walk out of the store with a big smile and some new friends. Doing laundry SUCKS! However between the cleanness, friendly, very helpful staff and great selection of washers and dryers, I'm looking forward to coming here every week. From me, I give JJ's laundrymat 2 👍!

It's Bright, Its Clean For The Most Part - The Machines Are Well Kept, Which Is Why We Go There - Always an Attendant On Hand & Ready To Assist IF Need Be - There's a Reason JJ's Been In Business For 30+ Yrs ~ Plenty Enough Tables For Folding & Plenty Enough Machines To Keep The Clientele Flowing ~

CHEAP, FAST, AMAZING STAFF! The 2 ladies working the counter today were great, super helpful and brought the vibes. When I heard laundry store I thought of a dive with nasty machines. This is the exact opposite and exceeded every expectation I had. Thank you again JJ’s staff!

Love to come here since my washing machine at home is broken and probably never getting fixed. Except for the older man, the staff is very nice and helpful. Machines are always clean and well-maintained.
My one gripe for upper management (NOT the staff working daily) is the machines decline your card if you have anything less than $50 on it! REALLY annoying when you don’t have change, and especially frustrating when I’m forced to used the ATM and bill machines because I’m waiting on my next paycheck.

Tried to get in to just dry laundry and got turned away cuz hours changed again. Need to make advertised closing time the last load time so people don't get turned away. Like another laundry mat has its closing time is 830 for the last wash loads and the doors lock but you have to be done and out before 1030 when the lights turn off and the system arms.

Great place the attendant was very nice and helpful the hours are convenient it's nice they have computers you can access great location tap pay machines they also have option to leave laundry for them to do tables vending machines arcade games costly great place

Very clean establishment with every type of washer and dryer you need. And as a first time customer with many questions, the lady at the counter when I was here was outstanding. She works really hard to give everyone the best experience possible, and genuinely loves to help out. She will drop what she is doing on a dime to help out with any questions or problems you may have. You will leave satisfied.
