I don't normally give any negative reviews but all three team members are on a phone playing not helping anyone in the store and we're trying to find Crocs and spend money there and they were too busy on their phones. This is at Fox Valley Mall

Contacted the store to find a pair of hard to find shoes and they had them. Spoke w “Adam” who was super helpful and has great customer service. Great selection of shoes and other items. Stopped back in to grab another item and the staff was again, super helpful. Highly recommend!

Walked in, both girls who wore black lipstick were giggling and talking behind the counter. There were many customers who were looking for shoes but no one to help them, we all walked out one by one. The two girls could care less about helping anyone. Wouldnt take anyones time going here the young employees do NOT care.

We got the shoes we were looking for but I tried to get the attention of 1 employee and he walked away from me. Then I had to ask another who was sitting on his phone for help. He asked what size and when we said we weren't sure he handed my daughter the shoe size finder. She doesn't know how to use it?. The store was extremely busy and employees were not interested in helping.

Not the type to ever leave a bad review or say anything bad, but the workers all just stared at us when we asked for help on a size for shoes. Then when she gave me the shoes she chucked the box at me when I told her I would like to purchase them. I eventually got fed up with the mean behavior for no reason… and told her “no need to be rude.” After her and her co worker mocked me about my comment we left. Not a fan of horrible customer service when I was nothing but nice. I would rethink your choice of employees. Who knows how many others she treated this way because she would “rather be in bed.” Not impressed at all.

I have to say out of all the stores in the mall, walking into Journey was a treat. You can definitely tell the staff love their job and had a widely unique selection. Thanks for the good vibes and customer service, I'll be back for sure.

V helped me today pick out a pair of birkenstocks. V was super knowledgeable about the effect different shoes have on the body - he was friendly, and very helpful and insightful. I left with my birkies feeling like I made the perfect choice for my needs ? V is a great employee to have on the team.

Went to journeys to buy some birks and instead I got to wait 10 minutes while the only employee talked to her friend bare foot.
