Booked an appointment over the phone on December 5th for a technician to diagnose my Dryer on the 11th. Get a email confirmation saying were all good to go. Get a call on the 11th saying that a technician will be calling me and can diagnose my issue over the phone from 2-4. Leave work early, never get a phone call.. Call the next day and leave a voicemail and then call a couple more times, no answer. Call the next day leave a voicemail, call a couple more times, no answer. End up getting a text that says " Sorry about our technician not calling you, were short staffed please call All brand Appliance" …. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to waste your time. Just call All Brands Appliance instead!!!!!!

Michael contacted us about 30 minutes before his arrival. He's very personable and professional. He asked questions, looked over the situation. He was surprised at our hypothesis of what was wrong, but once the dishwasher was pulled out from its space in the cabinetry, it turned out we were correct. He provided us with a temporary fix as we didn't have a replacement outlet. We will need to contact our electrician to provide a more permanent fix. All in all, a successful operation. The website gave me choices to have arrival times between 8 and noon or in the afternoon. My first choice was 8-noon and second was in the afternoon. I got a window of 11-3, not allowing me to take either a morning or an afternoon shift of work. The technician arrived at 2:30 but didn't have the parts to make the repair. When I expressed my disappointment (I admit I was short because I'd wasted a day, but I wasn't rude), he left without telling me how much the repair would be or making a follow-up appointment. After he left I got a text that I should find another service.

After I called two other service companies with either no responce or rude responce, I reached out to Sears via their website which was very easy to navigate. Honestly I thought this can't be this easy or true. I doubt they will even show. Not only did they arrive on time as their site forecasted, but the technician was pleasant, patient with my questions but explained all the work he provided. He even explained why my machines were worth repairing and not replacing. I have already given my recommendation of your services to both friends and family. The service tech came over and after we explained the issues we had, we we let him know we are in the other room if he needed us. 10 min later i went into laundry room to see how it was going and he was gone. No followup text or phone call from the office. I would think someone would have called to explain what happened but its almost 24 hours later and no return call or text. Plus no one from office ever calls back they only text from a differ number than the number listed in directory…

Needed my refrigerator looked at. Used the website and filled out the Contact US on Monday and today is Thursday with still not a call back or email. I went with another company that answered their phone and were able to assist. There are lot better places who care about customer service and to get appliances looked at and this is NOT one of them. When you read this review, make sure you move on to the next company so you will not be disappointed.

Great service and good communication the whole way through the repair process. The troubleshooting found the issue right away and it was fixed on the next trip out after the part came in. Would certainly use them again!

While we didn't end up going with Kelbach, they were responsive, tech showed up within the promised time window, and they were honest about confidence level of their diagnosis to spare us a costly trial and error. Ended up booking appt. directly with Samsung at their recommendation. Really appreciate the honesty and communication from this team and would call them in the future for something else.

Joe came out to replace the pump in our washer, when we started having problems again right away, it took multiple attempts to finally get back on their schedule. The day and time he was supposed to come back - he called and told me it wasn't a good use of his time to drive all the way to my home and watch my washer go thru a cycle, so he wanted me to take a video of it and send it to him. (I don't now how you can diagnose a problem from a video)He clearly doesn't feel he needs to stand behind his work and come out and look what the issue is unless it's billable and not falling under his warranty. Stay away from the business they don't care unless you are handing over money. *Please note, I did send an email to them giving them a chance to make it right before I posted this... no response, it's been a week.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Terrible! "Fixed" my washer from the noise I told him it was making, told me it needed a new pump. 7 weeks later with zero communication & me calling several times, pump finally comes in. 1 day later washer is making same noise & now an additional rattle. Call. No call back. Sent note via website. Nothing. Call again, finally able to set an appointment. Time and date he's supposed to be back, he calls and tells me to take a video of the issue - says it's not a good use of his time to drive all the way out to my house, and then to sit & watch my washer for another 40 minutes. Apparently a video will help him diagnose it, and my time is not valuable. Sad the terrible sales & service- I will never give this company another penny!

The technician showed up early so I was hopeful for his service. He looked at my washer and said there was a recall on the wash machine several years ago. I had previously addressed the recall but he didn't seem to care. He ran a spin cycle on the washer and looked at the serial numbers. Before the cycle was complete, he made another comment that my washer was almost 8 years old and he would not even want to touch it. He showed me some pictures on his phone of a washer that was out of balance and extremely dented and unusable. He told me that this is a common problem with Samsung washers. Without even looking inside, he handed me a quote for over $500. He recommended that I simply buy a new machine and never buy a Samsung again. I asked if this is a common problem, why wouldn't this dispatcher say something when I called in? He looked at me said, that "she doesn't know anything". To add insult to injury, after charging me a service charge to do nothing, he commented that due to the design of my washer, my cloths are not as clean as they should be. I would never recommend calling them for a service. On a side note, I found the same parts he quoted me on Amazon. I ordered them and replaced them myself in about 30 minutes for about $50. I can thank him for telling me what to replace but will still never call them again for service.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Only services EASY home warranty calls and will delay and defer substantive repairs to other companies. After two service calls they refused to continue servicing our 11-year-old dishwasher that came with the home we purchased because we didn’t have a sales receipt showing it wasn’t purchased within the last year and still under warranty! The sellers left dated product information from the manufacturer (Kenmore Elite) and the serial number (101050089130000XXX) of the piano black (in 2021 really?) dishwasher (model 630.13909011), which all clearly indicate and can be used to reference that it was manufactured BACK in 2010. Huge waste of time and ethically not cool for a family of 4 who needs their dishwasher Kelbach’s!

We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I will definitely call Kelbachs the next time we need an appliance serviced.
