Horrible Customer Service. Called the employee who's working on my case with a question and no answer. I complained and was told to go to another firm.

I am a current employee at KerberRose and love working with my team. Everyone is positive, with high integrity and patience. I see my co-workers communicating thoroughly with clients and having a passion to serve each client in the best way possible meeting more than just their tax and accounting needs but advisory, consulting, and investing as well. I would choose KerberRose for my business and personal accounting and tax needs.

Never fully worked with you but based off how your receptionist handles calls to your office (and the time it takes to return calls to set up an appt) I am thinking I am lucky I found someone else who has great customer service and actually calls people back in timely matter. Customer service truly is what brings people in and based off what I received, needs work.

So grateful to Jane at Kerber Rose. I've been in business 7 years and this is my FOURTH attempt at finding a competent accountant. She walked me through all the things that weren't right from previous "professionals", correct all the mistakes they made, taught me how to do the small things I needed for my own bookkeeping, gave me advice on ways to improve our money management, and gave me tips on ways to keep on track. She responds quickly to communications and reminds me of deadlines. For the first time I feel like I have an accountant who actually cares and is going to help me!

We were with Kerber Rose for 11+ years for our personal and small business taxes. In the beginning, we were happy with their services. In recent years, the service we received went downhill considerably. Over the past several years, we would get an e-mail or call within days of April 15 asking us to pay 10s of 1,000s of dollars in estimates and they would file an extension on our behalf. In every one of those years, in the end we had significantly overpaid our estimate. Last year, after being assured that they had done a good calculated estimate at 4/15 for our extension payment, we got a message in the summer that they were not able to open the financial files I sent them back in early February, proving that they had never even looked at our numbers before throwing out an estimate to pay. Yes, we had again overpaid that year as well. Now that we have switched firms, they have been completely unprofessional, like holding hostage our financial records until little $75 bills for current services less than one month old are paid. On top of that, we have come to find out that their fees are definitely pricier than the new regional accounting firm we are now with. The difference in service so far is like night and day. Keep shopping if you are looking for a new accountant.
