Sent my account to collections for a check they cashed 5 month prior. Gave all the info to the collection agency in charge of the account and they got no response also. Will update when an answer is received

Called about 5 minutes before they were closing & lady I talked to ended up being a big C**t! I knew everything I needed to except something about “redlined “(?) & she literally acted like I was d*** when I asked her what she meant by that & told me she couldn’t help me instead of explaining it to me!!!????
