Paul and his entire staff are great people to work with. They will tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle, what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. Klug gives you detailed itemized quotes so you can plan out your repairs. They honor their quotes even if it’s a couple of months before you get the work done. Klug doesn’t try to upsell you. Recently I had a shock fail which they installed. They got my truck in right away and fixed it for free. Good local family owned shop that will do you right.

How comforting is to find a repair shop where you are treated as a person not as a number.
The building transformation is fantastic, with an inviting lobby and a state-of-the-art shop.
Paul is the most knowledgeable, approachable car wizard I ever known. He took the time to invite me to the shop, explaining the whole repair process.
The two hardworking, friendly service writers, Jason and Sam, are eager to help with any questions you have.
There is no surprise that this auto repair shop was Voted Best of The Valley.

If you are in the Fox Valley you will be hard pressed to find a shop as thorough and price efficient then Paul,, Jason, Sam and everyone else at Klug Family Repair. I've brought multiple vehicles there, and each one was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and they beat pricing compared to any other shop I got a quote from. This time around I had a Buick that's seen better days and Paul gave us an honest opinion of what he felt should be repaired if its being driven vs what can wait/not need repair immediately. Thats about as honest as it gets. Bring your vehicle here if it needs repairs!

Needed a new crank seal and harmonic ballancer on my 99 Vett, it's been over 6 weeks now since repair and all is good!

Was quoted for 3 hours of labor and only charged 2 because that's how long they actually took for completion. Honesty is greatly appreciated and hard to fine. Honest, friendly and great pricing. Highly recommend going here.

I moved to the Fox Valley area recently with a 03’ Sequoia I’d purchased while I was living in Oregon and a truck full of suspension components I hadn’t had time to get installed yet. After a few months of my kids keeping me from getting to it, I decided to just have a shop do the work for me, and Trailbuilt Offroad, who I got my Wheels and Tires from, recommended Klug Family Repair to me. I discussed the project for them, and while Sequoias were not something they had lifted before, they were happy to help with the project.
I dropped my truck off with them with all the parts, including some specialized things like a Panhard Correction Bracket from Eimkeith, which required welding for fitment, and they handled everything absolutely perfectly. They also have the ability to do in-house aligments, so it’s a perfect one-stop shop for your suspension needs. I was moving from 31” to 35” tires, and IFS Toyotas can have some issues clearing the larger size, but after discussing what I needed done with my SPC Upper Control Arms, Klug was able to get my front wheels moved forward in the wheel well and I’ve got 0 rubbing on frame or body.
Klug are great to work with, and absolutely comitted to getting things done to your satisfaction. My Sequioa drives and looks amazing, I’d recommend them to anyone needing suspension work in the area.
