Paul got me in right away for a evap leak issue. We found what it was, he showed me, and asked if I would like it repaired. I declined, since it was a small leak. I took my wife's vehicle in to him from time to time, and he got me in right away at a reasonable price. All the guys there are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a shame I moved to Florida, I'm having a hard time finding a decent, reliable mechanic here. You wisconsinites have it made with Paul at the helm of Klug Family Repair. A+, boys.

Just had my lady’s car in…they COULD have charged us for a new control arm but instead they were honest and warrantied the part as it was still under warranty, then they did an alignment…this car has 200k miles and drives like a brand new car…alignment is DEAD on. The car almost drives itself…very satisfied! Knocked it out again! This is why I've sent so many friends and family here! They always do a great job!

Took my truck in because the 5th cylinder was misfiring. Paul was able to reset it with some magical process I never heard of. Lol.Paul also performed his overall check of my truck. While he could has easily told me a million things were wrong, he did not. He was completely honest and informative the entire visit. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of automobile service.

I have had a vehicle in here several times for a drivability issue, and each time I leave, the problem persists. Each time I brought it back, I was told, "Oh, this needs to be replaced." and it didn't completely fix the issue. Still having problems, and I have finally given up on this place. Either find the issue, or admit that you can't figure out what's wrong. It seems they were just throwing parts at it, and once it seemed the issue improved(but not fixed), they gave it back. I've spent close to $2k with them in a matter of a few months, now I'm back at square one, trying to find another shop in the area who actually cares about the customer, instead of seeing how much they can drive up the bill.

The Klug shop did another excellent job on my c7 Corvette. It was in need of an alignment and some exhaust work. The car is now driving straight as an arrow, no exhaust banging around, and the prices are unbeatable. Very honest people that pump out good work!

We recently moved back to The U.P. from North Dakota. We do not have an Import Garage up here. We needed work done to our Z4. My nephew recommended Klug to us. We decided to tow our 2003 Z4 to them. We had fears that we were going to need a new engine. And were prepared for that. Jason and his crew found our fears were unfounded. They got the car running great. My wife drove the Z4 from there shop in Appleton to our home 4 hrs away in the U.P. She was thrilled with the car and how great it ran. We will be making the 4 hr drive one way to them for our future BMW service needs.

I've been to these guys couple times. They know what they are doing and always look to see how they can save you some money. Arguably one of the few best auto service in the fox valley area.
