The associates were friendly, store was fine. My only issue was that the fitting rooms were a mess. Clothes left in rooms. The return rack and basket were overflowing.

The store checkout clerk by the name of Marcela was very helpful in letting me use my kohls cash that was expired. She said I had within 10 days after expired date to use it. So glad, that I didn't loose the chance of getting my discount on something I bought. It made my day!

I found a purse I liked at 50 percent off and then I had $20.00 Kohl's cash toward the purse. I bought the purse for $10.00.. The checkout person was very friendly and quick.

Today Carson L. checked out my purchase at the Darboy Store. He was one of the nicest check out people I've come across. Because my item was on sale and I had $10 dollars built up, he explained to me I'd only be saving 60 cents if I used the 10% discount they gave me and suggested I should save it for something that I'd get more money off for. I would never have even thought abt this and so appreciate the fact he told me this! He was just a great young man , very thorough & very pleasant. Truly more young adults need to take a lesson from him!
