There is an employee with a name tag that says CODY he also stated his name as CODY whose demeanor is extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & CONDESCENDING. Far outside of the Kwik Trip policy of conduct his communication & customer service skills are deplorable and doesn’t meet the guidelines of a Kwik Trip employee. I am going further to make a formal complaint.

Closest KT to our house :) so we stop in often and haven’t had any bad experiences. Even had a worker ask us once as they were filling the hot food case if there was anything in particular we were looking for that they could add ❤️

I recently moved into the area and have been going to Kwik Trip most every day since. Love being able to buy fresh potatoes and onions, to name a few. They make the very best fried chicken ever, especially if you oder ahead. Food is good here and has lots of choices. Food is monitored for freshness, and it's not sold removed after 2 hours. Yes, most items cost way more. Overall, I really appreciate this Kwik Trip, and customer service is usually great. Now fresh french fries would really rock and fried fish. Hopefully, Kwick Trip creates its own version of Funyums.

Just left and I aint going back because there was a lady Karen there that was her name and she was being so rude and agnoxious to another employee right in front of us customers that shouldn't be allowed

Easily the worst Kwik Trip I have been to. I went to check out, and the 4 ladies behind the register pretended to ignore me for 5 minutes even as a line built up behind me. Not a single register lane open with a line of people and 4 employees behind the counter talking. When I asked if they had more plastic forks in the back, the employee said he'd go check then just never came back. If you need a Kwik Trip, just go a bit further north to Northland. It's worth the extra few minutes.

All Kwik Trips been in this employee horribly attitude, just simple wanted pizza baked, I'm not going pay before I see it's done properly. I guess I need bake my own. ☑ this one I won't go to again! Better train than again hard get good employees now days even young kids.

Kwik trip is to me Kwik trip's customer service is that of a king crab. raising prices to incredible highs as other gas stations lower their prices to compete to stay open.Kwik Trip 32oz refill of coffee-water or hot chocolate is $2 - $3 including a crab of customer service. Fleet Farm is .80 all sizes and includes outstanding customer service. Other stations around $1 lowering prices just to stay in business.
