First impressions were absoulty amazing!! Setting up my contract was awes and flawless. And then it came time for the the deliver day... They show up to deliver my bedroom set. I was not told that the whole set was not going to arrive that day. I was however told it would all arrive on the deliver day. But when the delivery guys arrived I was missing pieces. I was also never told that I needed a platform base for my bed to work properly with this bed frame. I did explain to the lady at the store when setting up my contract what type of bed I had. I explained I did not have a box spring with my old bed frame. So when they arrived to set everything up. The bed frame could not be set up because I did not get a platform base to go with it (again was never told I would need one) They were not willing to give me a platform base for free instead they said I had to get a used one and still had to pay for it. They said that for the inconvenience they would bump my starting payment date out. Never told me when that date would be. Never gave me an updated contract with that info on it either. Not knowing when the payment date was caused me to get behind. They still won't work with me they gave me 1 free week to not have to pay but still refuse to give me any other type of compensation. Yes I could have called and asked when my payment date was. But they SHOULD have given me a copy of my updated contract. I have rented with Lebakkens before. But my first time it was the Fond du Lac location. The Appleton location has been nothing but a nightmare since I had my bedroom set delivered.

I have been doing business with them for close to 10 years and Must say they've always stood behind their stuff.anything went wrong or needed to be fixed they were right there and did it immediately I look forward to doing business with them for many more years yes it cost you a little more but they're doing the financing come on if we had great credit we wouldn't need them I'm grateful to have them around so I continue to have the things I need

I applied for a job with them, Joe emailed me and told me my resume interested him. Went to the interview that went well (in my opinion), this was on a Thursday, he told me to call him on Monday because he had one more interview the next day. So I called him on Monday and he acted surprised that I called (even though he told me too). He informed me that he hadn’t made up his mind and had more interviews. Joe never called my old jobs nor contacted my references. I know I was qualified for the job due to his interest in me. I guess me being an overweight Black woman changed his mind. This place like others in Appleton just does not want anyone Black in their front offices. It’s a shame really. Very disappointed and what’s even more sad about this is he’s still looking for help.

Lebakkens in Appleton has great customer service and fantastic employees. They do there job if you get behind they contact you and work with you to make sure your payments are continually made on time. As any business goes there is always going to be those busy days so if you are looking for fantastic items at an extremely affordable rate! Stop in a Lebakkens! I promise you they will take care of you!

Don't buy here Jeff Lebakken is a crook. They rip you off and sell you garbage. I would post a video but. You know lebakkens won't allow their dirty laundry out there.

I can not believe the way these people talk to customers!! Some guy ( I forgot what he said his name was) from this store called to review an application my son had put in there for a computer , my son answered the phone while sick with a migraine headache and ended up handing me the phone because he couldn't finish the conversation. So I got on the phone to explain to the man from the store that my son was sick and he would have to call back or something. But before I had the chance to explain. The j*** asked if my son even spoke English I said yes and laughed a little. So then he asked if my son had a mental problem or if he was mentally capable of doing business. I tried to explain to him my son is very capable but was suffering from a migraine that was making him sick and he is partially def with a slight speech impediment that gets worse when he doesn't feel good. And while I am trying to tell him this, he continued to instault my son would not let me talk and was just plain mean. My son has had to defend himself to bully's most of his life because of his issues and this was no different!! And I can't be for certain but I believe he is the manager of the Appleton store. ( I will call this morning to try and get his name that's for sure) I will making a report with the BBB this morning, finding out who owns this company and filling a complaint with them also and who ever else will listen. Oh and maybe a quick call to my attorney for good messure. Maybe just maybe that guy will think twice before insaulting and making fun of another customer especially one that does have a disability. And yes my son's application was denied.... thankfully. I wouldn't want him dealing with this man again for any reason

Went there filled out application and they said it would take 30 mins to verify all my info whitch was fine but several hours have passed and they havent contacted me.Very unprofessional. I went to get it now and got approved in 10 min

If I could rate them a 0 I would! 1 day late with a payment and a guy comes to my house beating on my door demanding I open the door and give them my new # which was just changed 2 days ago. I call the office and they proceed to tell me this is protocol. I only owe 2 more payments after 16 months of payments at 192 per month! Wow great service! NOT
