I brought in my own glasses because I only needed prescription lenses, and they quoted me $400. (They told me “Glasses aren’t cheap but i only asked for lens ) That’s way too much just for lenses! I ended up going to America’s Best instead, where I got prescription lenses and an eye exam for only $89. Huge difference in price.
P.S- The Ray Ban glasses I bought is only $90 cheaper than the lens…To the lady in charge of Lenscrafter that day that said “glasses aren’t cheap” i didn’t asked for $400 lens bye🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’ve been here several times because my eye doctor is located at this store. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been poor. Most recently, I picked up a pair of prescription glasses I had already paid for during my last visit. To my surprise, they handed me the glasses in just a simple cotton pouch—no box, no bag, nothing to carry them in. I had to walk around the mall holding the pouch in my hand, which felt uncomfortable and even made me worried that it might look like I was shoplifting. Perhaps this is store policy, but it certainly doesn’t make for a good customer experience. Basic courtesy and packaging should not be overlookeD.
Edit made in response to the Response from the owner: Thank you for the response. I hope your team genuinely works to improve the overall customer experience—not just for me, but for everyone. My experiences here have been uncomfortable to the least and even a bit humiliating. I hope you aim to uphold higher service standards for the sake of your brand and your customers.

5 stars. I was looking for a replacement nosepiece for my old Radar EV. Put on a new one for me and cleaned my lens. No charge. Perfect.

I've been going to Lenscrafts for years for all my eye care needs. They never fail to impress. From the eye drs to the sales staff they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

My glasses are 3 months old and started falling apart at 2 months at the brim just sitting on my face. With the protection warranty is going to be a $50 fix each time they fall apart.

Jay did an absolutely amazing job!! We were in from out of town and my son had broken his glasses. Jay went above and beyond to help us get another pair in a very short amount of time. He is an asset to the LensCrafters organization.
