Months ago I dropped off everything and nothing no update no call no response other than they messed them up and have to file an extension it is September in 3 days
Reschedule an appointment with them September 1 they confirmed it they even gave me an hour before follow up. They contacted me multiple times to make sure I was showing up and then when I got there the doors were locked and nobody answered. I understand that this is Labor Day, but you would think that somebody would attempt to at least have a good customer service by not scheduling someone for. When they are closed, this is very poor customer service and I will never come back to liberty tax again. I am very upset and I’m very stressed about my taxes It has been worse experience of my life. What is worse Is that I took off Work For this, I am trying to move back to my home State and since these people have my W-2s, they are preventing me Back home These are the worst, most crooked evil People they do not care about you And I will possibly be filing a complaint with the IRS in addition to not be open when they had scheduled confirmed And reminded me to come When I got to the door it had a QR code to reschedule your appointment when I scanned it it said that the link is expired So I could not even use the link to reschedule Could not use the website to reschedule Cannot reschedule my appointment I’m very angry It says they’re open Thursday 9 to one why didn’t they Schedule me on Thursday if that’s when they’re open I don’t know when they’re open I didn’t know I would have to drive all the way down here to look at the schedule they have posted On a door instead of listening to the Schedule posted onto Google That says they are open today when the website says they’re open today When obviously they were supposed to be open today I am very pissed. I am not only pissed because of this, but I am also pissed because I gave them my taxes They messed them up. I had to file an extension. Still no results I cannot wait to get here on Thursday I will probably be texting my W-2s to another place If anybody will still take me at this time
Update sep 8 Monday 10 am: came here around 9:30 am because I had called corporate office and they told me that she is supposed to be here 9 to 1 On Monday, I arrived here and she was not here. I went to optical Store beside liberty tax and I asked them if they had any information about her like a phone number they knew nothing I called corporate No answer! She is supposed to be here every Monday from 9 am to 1 pm! I finally was able to make an appointment after she failed to show up for my last one for 12 pm. I will update after 12 pm. I doubt she’ll show up though if she doesn’t I will be calling the police wellness check.
Sep 8 12 pm no one showed up for the appointment I made will try to make an appointment again

Why make an appointment if you’re just sitting there forever ? I’m suppose to show up on time but not even proper customer service.

Lisa was amazing. So glad I didn’t file online, had a lot involved in my taxes and she made it easy and explained it all as we went along.

So professional and personable. I have always done my taxes online, but decided not to this year. Glad I came in, she got me a much larger refund than when I ran the numbers myself on TurboTax. Will never go anywhere else!
