I had an online order that I did and then showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. (Its also Fathers Day so was busy)Obviously it wasn't ready but your front desk was amazing and called the other team members to let them know I was there and to pick my order first. They didn't have to do that they could have told me to wait but they didn't they obviously have other orders to fill. Also when it was time to load it in the truck the young lady that helped me was just as nice. Thank you all so much for a great shopping experience and look forward to another visit in the future. Keep up the great customer service.

I went there for light bulbs asked to speak with someone waited 20 mins and got no so I left with lofht bulbs and a very poor sense of help as far as I'm concerned they do not help anyone or even try to in done going to this store I would ho to home depot before this there I can actually get help

Worst experience I've ever had. Bought laundry machines and a dishwasher. It took 3 hours to check out and do paperwork. They showed up a month late. Lowe's didn't give me any warning they would be late and it's because they didn't put them on the right truck. I ordered them early because I wanted them to arrive when I closed on my house. I should have just cancelled my order.

First time I have ever been to a Lowe's and won't be returning. There's a reason their parking lot is usually empty. They don't have what other big box stores do.

Nice to see this today at Lowe's in Appleton. They reserved and dedicated a spot in honor of Memorial Day for our fallen military. They are a company that supports our military by also offering a discount to veterans who have served. ?????????????????????? ???
