Appleton WI Lowe's has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Called the store to voice a complaint and have listened to the worst garbage on hold ever. Over 20 minutes on hold. Finally spoke to a useless manager named Rachel. Didn't care that she had terrible customer service. Home Depot and Menards are looking much better now

Picked up tile in December. Found four tile cracked. $5.44 per tile. I let it go...started project in February and I was short tile. Ordered more. Received text it had arrived. Went to pick up. Waited twenty minutes. Couldn't find it. After waiting another ten minutes was told it was damaged. Asked to speak with manager. Waited another ten minutes. I asked when I could expect replacement. Was told seven days. I had to cancel the order. I couldn't deal with the gross incompetence. Was told they would try to make it right. Was only told sorry. I will never do any business with them again. Very poor customer service.

Lowe's is the best because of their great service. Their associates know where stuff is. AND they give recommendations about the products they sell. I haven't seen that at other hardware stores since the old days.

Do not buy their window blinds with the honeycomb structure. The strings inside to raise and lower have shrunk so they cannot extend to close.

Decided to buy a outdoor fire Place this winter 2023. Put it outside under the patio. Cover was placed over the top. Speed forward to June 2023. When cover was removed this is what we found. Manager at store said "there must have been a little wet under it" this product was never used. unwilling to help unless a receipt is found. then we would have to call a 800 number. I understand that they have a 90 day policy but to be frank this is ridiculous. Who would have known. I'm just glad Menards has a system that saves our credit Card receipts, stands by there products, and gives 11 percent off.....

What three items online shipped to home one got shipped to my house or I think it's getting shipped to my house. The other two are in mad to walk in a locker can't cancel. Can't pick them up call customer service they called me back two hours later with no help they said I should've called the day earlier when they were close I don't understand how that works but the lady was very rude and not helpful. She said well stop payment with your credit card.

Our experience at this lowes has been horrible. Poor customer service and inexperienced staff. We bought all appliances. Fridge, dishwasher,washer and dryer, stove and range hood. First of all was informed that I would get a new washer and not floor model. Of course I got both damaged floor models of washer and dryer. Neither in a box. Called Ryan in the appliance department he told me to wait until all appliances where delivered before he'd do anything about it. Ryan is a horrible manager for the following reasons. One said he'd follow up. Didn't. Called him back because the appliance where delivered in winter and they wouldn't even deliver them into the new build. We told them that may not be ready and would need them hooked up at a later date. Called Ryan 3 times about this issue. Never gets back and says they probably won't hook them up. Next issue---not only was the washer and dryer damaged the gas stove looks like it's damaged also with a fork lift because box is tore and can see scratches as well through the box. None of the appliances are even out of the boxes yet and it's been a nightmare. I hate to see what the rest of the stove or fridge or dishwasher issues are going to be. Ryan was to get back to me on Friday about hooking up everything but of course it's Saturday and I'll be calling back. I only expected to receive non damage product and that they stand by what we were told when purchasing 8k of appliances. No one really gives a rat what was promised or at least I'd expect non damaged product and better service than this. If the employees don't show compassion and empathy or a sense of urgency to resolve. I'm ready to go back and get a refund and tell them to pick up their junk appliances. Samsung will hear about this issue as they are also getting a bad rap because of the junk we got.

Purchased 3 Pella windows. Found out Pella doesn’t offer all the sizes we need to do our whole house. And the store won’t accept a return after 90 days even with receipt and the window are still in the original wrapping. Lowe’s will Except returns after 90 days with store managers approval on current stocked items. Well not at the Appleton location apparently.

Bought some tile, paid for the tile, but needed a truck to haul it so said I would be back to pick it up. Went back, and they said I couldn't pick it up for another week. Keep in mind this was in stock when it was purchased. Complained via Facebook, and got nothing but a canned apology with no explanation. The manager then asks if he can be of further assistance. I advised "further assistance" implies he has already provided assistance, which he did not. Apparently he thinks it is resolved, but I need to make a special trip at 80 miles one way.

We purchased a refrigerator for delivery tomorrow, Wednesday, August 18. The associate gave me an option of delivery of 8-12p or 1-4p. I replied the 8:00 and 12:00 time slot.

Thank you Jared in the appliance section today for all your help! Jared was extremely patient in answering a TON of questions for us while my husband was on FaceTime. It was not an easy decision, especially when you are miles apart. We truly appreciate all your help today!
