I got a printer as a Christmas gift and it no longer works in general. Best buy wouldn't let me return or exchange the printer because it was past their bogus 5 day return policy and now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work. I highly don't recommend them for anything!

Drove up to this location at 4:30 today. Walked up to the store, where there were several people standing outside, some wearing masks, some not, blocking entrance to the store with orange cones. I was greeted by a young woman, with no mask, who said, "What's going on?" I replied, "What do you mean?" She said, "Why are you here?" I said to do some shopping. Is the store open?" She said, "That depends." Really? I have to explain myself to gain entrance to store? Do they have a mask policy? I don't know. What do they want? I don't know. So rude. So I Just walked away. This stands as the very worst customer interaction experience in my life. I wish I could rate this store with a negative 5 stars instead of one star. From now on I will avoid this store and order on-line from other providers.

Pretty hit and miss here . Feeling like old furniture store ready to hang it up. It was pretty rude place last I was there . It depends what you are after . If they have it ? it's great! if you need help ? Well good luck . Feels like a swap meet with some snarky kids running the place.. I'll shop online..

Price match not honored for PS5 gaming. The manager was called over for a price match directly to the game manufacturers website and replied. "I'm not comfortable with that price, go buy it online". Terrible and misleading

Best Buy is the nastiest business in the US. I was conned into buying their Totaltech service agreement after buying a TV from them, and after a year there is an automate real of $199!?! I've tried to cancel the service online, but despite logging in to my account they don't send a verification code (multiple attempts). So I tried to call and cancel their plan - and I got put onto a 50 minute wait list!! Best Buy sucks!!! Better to Buy from someone else!!

We call this the Amazon and eBay showroom. Come to look at potential purchases and buy them cheaper somewhere else. Best Buy is far too expensive.

Incompetent, order online pickup and find they again gave me the cheaper antivirus program that was over $40 less. Scam artists won't return it even though they admit they gave me the wrong one.

This review is not about the Appleton location, it is about Best Buy corporate, and specifically Best Buyer customer service. I purchased a desktop that I desperately needed to work from home and was assured it would be delivered by 3/18. 3/18 arrived and I got an email from Best Buy saying the order was delayed and they didn't know when they would ship it, after the Best Buy customer service agent had ASSURED me I would receive it by 3/18 when I ordered it, so that was clearly a lie.I tried calling Best Buy customer service and the wait time was over an hour, so I waited and waited and finally when I got to talk to someone, they just sat there in silence for 20 minutes until they hung up. I tried calling back again and explained the situation to a different customer service agent (after waiting on hold for another hour) and then she did the exact same thing--stopped talking and sat there in silence for 30 minutes, finally forcing me to hang up. Neither customer service agent would give me their names.Best Buy corporate needs to do something about these customer service agents--they should be fired and Best Buy needs to provide compensation to the customers that have had to deal with these situations. I will absolutely never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I have been trying to get an agreed upon return call for remote Geek Squad service for 48 hours. I have received no return call although I was promised the return call 4 times...today, two young women hung up on me when I asked them for a supervisor or asked hem to check the notes on my file. Waits on the phone lines have been 20 - 40 minutes. There is no live chat responses on BestBuy.com. There isn't even a way to ask for a refund...absolutely no one being responsive. Very frustrating.....COVID 19 must have eaten all their brains. They are totally losing any goodwill.

The staff that works in the mobile phone department of this location are amazing! Matt J was able to help us get two phones set up 10 minutes before the store closed and even stayed after hours to help us complete this. All of the staff members are great, but I would highly recommend Matt J if you're going into this location!

A few years ago I bought a mackintosh iMac 27 inch computer took it home my wife decided it was too big. I repacked it completely the way it should be as I received it. I went and returned it for a 24 inch iMac which was too small according to my wife. I repacked that and returned it. She told me she wanted the 27 inch instead. So I asked them if they had a 27 inch in stock and they gave me the one I returned a couple days earlier as an open box item. They gave me a $225 discount because it was open box. So in the long run I saved $225 off the price of a full size 27 inch iMac. They were just following store policy I just had to drive a lot of miles to do so. I've always found the employees at Best Buy to be very helpful and eager to help. Sometimes it is a little sparse for lack of people on the floor. Best Buy is always my first choice in electronics in the central Wisconsin area. Let's keep them going shop local

I had an 11:20 appointment to have my iPhone X screen replaced and the technician said it would take until 6:40 for it to be completed! That is totally crazy and unacceptable! I won't get the phone back until tomorrow and I don't have much faith it will be fixed since the tech tried to tell me my screen protector was the problem! I told him I was writing a bad review and it said there was no need for that, like over 6 hours to replace a screen is acceptable!

Great customer service. It was storming and they plastic wrapped my tv before loading it into my truck. Of course they had to have gotten soaked in the process of loading. Not a single grip was heard. I will definitely pass the word of the great treatment we received here.
