My wife and I worked with Evan on purchasing a new mattress tonight. Hands down, the best experience I've had in a sales environment. Not happy. We bought matress this morning with manager telling us if we wern,t happy with matress, we could exchange it for a different one. Upon reading paperwork this afternoon, it states a $249.95 fee for exchanging it. We called back, talked to salesman and he was very belligerent. We canceled our order because he was not upfront with us.
