The business did not speak any English and couldn’t even explain basic pricing, phone numbers, and was using Translate in order to talk to me. This business is a pathetic excuse.

These latinas here are bad for business and should be disqualified from working in a cell phone place. I purchased a phone and I get charged double at the place but T-Mobile cannot help because they don’t see it, on there side but fail to look up the transaction id or look into my issue. Or even surveillance I’ve called and nothing. They don’t know what the extra charges are and it shows on your bank account as latinas express. 280$ and the receipt doesn’t even give you a proper break down of what is charged. I never bought any accessories and the phone was only 100$ the plan $75 the insurance $16(never asked if I wanted it). Where is the rest?

I went here to have the ACP added to my account. I was told my the employee that it wouldn't let him add it unless I purchased a speaker, smart watch, or internet. I eventually gave in (I live about 30 minutes away and this is one of the closest stores, I also have a short period of time to add the ACP to my account so wanted to get this done ASAP) and said I'd buy the internet. He told me it would be free the first month and I could return it after and he proceeded to finish up with the ACP stuff. A few days later, I got an email (not from Metro) stating my ACP wasn't tied to anything. I called Metro and the representative confirmed it wasn't added to my account. I told him the whole situation and he said I should not have had to buy anything in order to add the ACP, and he helped me try and add it to my Metro account online. I read this place's Google reviews and I'm not the first person to be screwed over by them. I will be returning the internet to a Metro store and I submitted a complaint to the BBB to try and get a refund for what I paid to purchase and the amount that is on my account for it being added (not free like he said).

Go Elsewhere!!!Tried to rip me off! I Went in for an upgrade that was supposed to be about $169.00+tax but they tried to charge me $250 retail price for the phone,she didn't seem to understand or care about what I was trying to tell her so I just walked out.

Great service the lady that helped me out was really nice so she is good for customer service 100% will be back there. The guy at the memorial location was so bad and was charging me more for activating 2 lines.

Nobody spoke English at all there. So instead of going to the location that's two minutes from my house I have to drive fifteen minutes away to the only other location near me. Very inconvenient.

I got new service. Owner seemed very helpful until I got home and he didn't do what he told he did for my autopay. It was messed up. Outside of that all was good

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I went to the metro on Oneida and waited over 30 minutes while I listened to the lady tell me someone will be there soon in English, then literally tell her friend she wasn’t going to help in Spanish. Yes I understand. So I went a mile or so away to see Maurice and this dude is on point. Super friendly, very respectful, and the only reason I still went with Metro. Thank you!!! Service is great, he set up our phones and it took about the same amount of time it took just waiting for no service at the other place. Go see Maurice at the one on S. Memorial! AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t even have a decent selection either!

I went to one of the stores because I wanted to find out more about possibly find out more about switching and costs etc.. and it was very small and there were two young kids there both looked foreign and I started to talk about that I was looking to switch and neither seemed to understand anything including the plans or explain anything them they called their boss and wanted me to talk to him on the speaker phone. Wasted visit. Didnt seem to understand english. Were very unprofessional and no help at all. I was so disgusted they are lucky I just walked out instead of yelling. I thought it looked good when I looked online and would have possibly switched me and my daughter but after the horrible experience and terrible service I got I am not happy and starting to wonder if they are all like that and dont understand things. TERRIBLE SERVICE
