Review of Motomart Gas Station

I recently visited the Motomart gas station to purchase some candy, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering, I noticed that the store clerk was not present, so I politely called out a few times to inquire if anyone was around. After waiting for some time, the clerk finally appeared, but her response was unexpectedly hostile and disrespectful.
Rather than addressing my question, she accused me of being rude for “yelling,” which I found to be an exaggerated response. The situation quickly escalated when she mentioned my Packers gear, implying that my attire was the reason for her unprofessional attitude. On top of that every time I try to call to get the clerk's name they just hang app on me every single time I even had my mom try to call and they hung up on her as well
While I understand that busy times can lead to delays, the behavior exhibited by the clerk was uncalled for and unprofessional. Additionally, the situation became uncomfortable when she threatened to call the police over the interaction. I believe this could have been resolved with more patience and courtesy.
It’s disappointing to encounter such hostility at a place of business, and I hope Motomart addresses the conduct of its staff in the future to ensure a more welcoming experience for all customers.

Last time I went the drive thru was closed. I was driving across town for the drive thru (and paying higher prices than other stations). Not worth it without the drive thru

Let me start off by saying that this place is a joke or better yet a circus I used to work at this location and the head manager Jason is a piece of work I have evidence proven and verbally telling them that I have restrictions not to be able to lift heavy stuff and I still had to do it otherwise they said that they was going to fire me not only that he was very upset that I socialize with other people from different locations not to mention I was never properly trained by Erica I didn't even know how to make food and every time I see someone that used to come there now they come to my new job so good luck with whoever goes there and try to get a job there oh yeah one more thing let's not forget about HR everything I just said they feel like it's okay for Jason to do

I go thru the drive thru every once in a while and I'm always pleased with the service. Just went through to get coffee for first time and it was really good and fresh. I highly recommend this moto.

I have never been to a gas station so clean. Have you ever seen a gas station parking lot with no cigarette butts and a clean bathroom?! I see the employees outside sweeping every morning, that is impressive. As I said, I come to this station every morning because it's on my commute to work. Jason stands out at this station because he is friendly and he remembers his every day customers, otherwise every attendant says \\\"Hi\\\" and they're very down to earth, friendly people. Coming to this station is a pleasant start to my day. Thanks Guys!

I just discovered the drive thru! It is the bomb diggity. They should have these EVERYWHERE!!! I'm going to tip these guys. They deserve it. They really have an awesome attitude about the extra duty. Hope they make more than other Motomart clerks.
