I had concrete counters installed in my home by Natural Encounters a few years ago. The finish did not hold up and my counters are now mottled and scratched. I reached out for help but was told there was nothing they could to help assure my counters looked as they did when installed. I have tried many products to try to rectify and nothing has worked. I am now removing these counters, that were very expensive and have asked Natural Encounters to at least remove the product they installed if they will not stand by their quality. Even this request was turned down as they deem it a liability. For this cost, look for a company that will stand behind their product.

Natural Encounters was wonderful to work with. My countertops from them are my favorite piece in our new home! Dale is gregarious and easy to work with. He communicated well and was flexible with changes in our new home progress. He was punctual with measuring and installation. I would highly recommend a visit to their gift shop, too!

Nice people to work with and beautiful finished product, but if you intend to prepare food on these counters, reconsider. Have had my concrete counters for little over a year...full of permanent stains....very disappointing.

Love our concrete countertops in our new kitchen. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. So helpful they held the baby so I could pick a color! Would 100% recommend!!!

Great quality countertop at a reasonable price. Dale was easy to work with and created exactly what we wanted. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and it is evident he loves what he does. We love our concrete countertop, thanks again!
