Michele Cope out of Appleton has been nothing but helpful since I started working with buyers. She gives a quick response, and is easy to connect with at a personal level. I would definitely recommend her and her team!

Found myself writing yet another review on why this bank should be shut down. Not only did Kelly turn my debit card off but now my account is on hold, it is no longer a checking account, only a savings????? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS????? NOT WITH MY CARD! You can't use the online checking format that they haven't shut up about for months now (Zelle) without a checking account??? Every program is absolutely GARBAGE. Nobody still knows what they're talking about, the customer hotline for online banking knows nothing either. I've talked to about 10 people in the community and they all couldn't agree more on how much this bank absolutely SUCKS. I want out of this bank but I'm afraid they dont even know how to end my account correctly without screwing any more things up. Overall, illiterate, ignorant, uneducated and unprofessional people. Are these volunteers off the streets working here???? Stick to the bars, gas stations and pet stores and get some real bankers. What a JOKE.

Went to close out our business account. The woman was nice. They really couldn't care if they lose a customer. No attempt was made to find out why we were closing the account! No offer of apology for losing a 15 year customer. You're just a number......Thankfully, our business is important to another lender!

We worked with North Shore Bank to refinance our mortgage, and as soon as the papers were signed and everything was done they SOLD our mortgage to some random mortgage company we've never heard of! Super shady and felt like a bait and switch. Stay away!

I love this bank because they still have the let's service the customer business model, especially the change counting machine that my long time bank took away from the customers. I needed to deposit some checks and I'm still the guy who likes to go in to my bank so I stopped here while in town. They were super friendly as always and made me feel welcome and led me to the back through a locked door to use the restroom which was cool, I have never used a restroom in my banks. This bank vs my other bank rocks customers service wise because they personally call me to see if I need anything and explain specials etc.
