For this visit, very unhappy. A simple spiral bound book job was a mutilation. 32 pages double punched! And then had the audacity to charge full price. Scraping the bottom of the employee pool.

I was only customer in store, waited several minutes for a sales assistance. When asking some questions on product, he was not at all knowledgeable and there was no one else for assistance. Terrible customer service.

I ordered an online print for same-day pick up. All communications that were received in my email said the pick up will be ready at 2 PM. I went to the store to pick up the item around 2 PM and the employee told me that it was actually 6 PM. Is it that hard to let people know their order won’t be done until later?

Dave in the printing service section should not be dealing with customers. Cane in at noon on May 3rd to get some art work prints made. Dave told me to do it on their self serve and I’ve always had issues printing on the self serve so that’s why I do them over the counter. He argues with me to do it self serve. I’ve never had an issue doing it this way till today. He kept telling me it’s cheaper to do it self serve and I said I don’t care I want it done this way I’ll pay the extra. He still argued with me and I just said hey I want it done this way sir can you do it or not? He took my flash drive mumbled something under his breath then finally did the prints. After all I got 3 prints and he charged me for 6.

I have found the staff at OfficeMax to be very friendly. When I have come in they have helped me find the laser printer cartridge that I needed and found me the best value of paper. They are top notch! ?

Coda did a great job at customer service. He was helpful and went above and beyond to complete my order ahead of schedule and offered to load up my car after. Great experience! The world needs more Coda’s!!

They have a newish manager onsite who is terrible. She lacks customer service skills, talks down to customers and hides in her office whenever possible. I recently brought 100 letters in to be folded. The copy center staff told me it was a 10 day turn around time for a job that should take 15 minutes. When I asked why I was told it was a new store policy. I questioned the manger on this and she screamed at me that I need to better manage expectations and who did I think I was to question her and expect them to drop everything for me. I asked for the corporate office number and gave me the customer service number to place an order. My company had spent over $1,000.00 at this store monthly. When I told her we'd be moving our business she laughed and said she didn't need the sales. I will never spend another penny at this location.
