Absolutely awful bank with awful, incompetent employees. They'll find ways to charge you outrageous fees even after you've made the changes (on four separate occasions, mind you) required to waive said fees. Highly recommend Nicolet instead.

Old National Bank has picked-up where all the “big players “ left off. Honest advice, after awhile they greet you by name, and generally available to answer questions and concerns about your financial well-being. Karen Martin ( one of the local branch managers) is very well-versed in the banking industry, and doesn’t just treat this as a 9 to 5 job. Very knowledgeable and caring!

They refused to cash a cashiers check they issued to the gentleman purchasing my truck (in front of me) as it was more than $500 and I don't have a checking account with them. Now the check is at my bank (Nicolet National - I highly recommend them) on hold til the funds clear. I was told cashiers checks are as good as this cash, and now this fiasco is costing me time, money, and a headache. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

This bank is the worst bank in Wisconsin. Old National Bank took over my old bank almost 2 years ago, and I have had issue after issue. The last straw for me was they notified me after bank close that there was potential fraud on my account. Got a hold of someone and all I got was a run around. So I'm stuck with no money for almost 4 days, can't get my medication or food or gas! The Northland Ave. In Appleton WI is the branch I normally use. Called them first thing Monday morning and left several voice mails never got a call back. Worst bank ever, changing to a credit union. Reported them to the banking commission.

Had an appointment, they said they would watch...rang the buzzer, 7 times, not response, called got recording, but see they were in there doing nothing! Beat on door and 10 minutes later they came. Worst banking experience ever. Never going back...

Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes.I absolutely don't recommend this bank!My father died last week. It's -20 ° outside.I came to the bank to take care of business for my 91 yr old widowed mother. They won't cash a $26 check from the nursing home. Even with her on the phone. Or give me a copy of her bank statement. Which she desperately wants. They would only mail it.Absolutely ridiculous service!They lost our business!Word to the wise, use another bank.

They took over for Anchor Bank and it just went downhill. Zero help from customer service, almost like they know their job is a dead end and will eventually close so why give a crap. Outrageous fees, website from 80's. Run from OLD NATIONAL.
