Immediately felt unwelcome. My cashier didn’t utter a single word during our entire transaction. Probably will never go back and I’ll donate my stuff. Quit if you don’t like your job. Period.

There was a cockroach over in the toy area. At the time I had no idea it was a cockroach as I've never seen one before. Somehow I saw a video of one today and knew immediately that's what I saw crawling on the floor there, it was HUGE!

Once upon a Child is the title of this store for mothers to come in exchange and buy clothing with that being said people that work in the department for children or anything that has to apply to children should always be kind and genuine on two separate occasions I went to once upon a child and had two very discouraging encounters with a woman by the name of Carissa, I remember very well because the first time she was standoffish and rude. I am not want to throw color out there as a victim, but her attitude was not polite in the lease. Either time she was very cold and distant and not polite at all, I asked her name because I felt uncomfortable with how she was acting towards me per se. No one should have experiences and feel uncomfortable in a place where you supposed to be giving and shopping for children. I hope this message isn’t too long, but it’s important 3.3 stars in a child alleged. Suppose it’s safe Haven there should be five stars up there. I guess I’m not the only one that feels some kind of way about the care or the employees there I won’t speak for everyone, but I will speak both times that incident with Carissa Management should approach this with care and monitor or retrain her to be polite politeness is free. She gets paid to be rude.

Came into the store today with the sole purpose of looking for preemie maybe some newborn clothes. I was utterly disappointed! Everything is mixed together, all of the sizes, there’s an entire wall of onesies and a separate wall of sleepers with zero rhyme or reason other than colors but who shops by color, size is far important. I don’t have an entire day to waste looking through two entire walls of clothes with the hopes to possibly find something in the correct size. This store would see a huge up tick in sales if people even have a chance at finding what they are shopping for.

Like others have said, would give this a place a 0 if I could. The 20 something and younger staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They much rather be loudly gossiping about other coworkers.

if i could give them zero stars i would,
immediately upon entering our felt so unwelcome every employee was so rude to not only myself who was trying to sell to them but my mom as well. the way they talked, giving dirty looks, and just straight up so unfriendly. do better!

Bad rating... don't sell your clothing it is not worth of your time and gas too only gives around $5 each individuals. Best to report to BBB and city hall and get a different owner and staffing!

Still has some good finds that keep me coming back. Prices a bit higher just like anywhere else you go. Used to be a better experience at this location. Some of the clothes they are accepting now are not of good quality especially for the price. Unfortunately staff is just not friendly.

Service was really bad no help no smiles. I asked the customer for help and she told me to go away. I asked one of the managers for help and they told me to go away. I tried selling clothes and they were very nice . They still had tags on them and I only got a three dollars for an entire bin of what I brought in that didn’t fit my daughter. Zero out of 10 don’t ever go to that store

Today I brought in a bin of clothes to sell they didn’t even bother to check all the clothes. I know because it’s not my first time taking clothes there. When they really check everything they leave it all messy. This time was different. Also their attitude was horrible. The employees should smile more or at least say “hi” when you come in.

I would never sell there again. First of all, they make you set ur your items BEFORE they even look the item AND then after they take it back to look at they will then scruntize if there literally any defect on the item and will decide if they want it VERY RUDELY/SNARKY. So you then have to literally in front of everyone dissamble the product and then take it back to ur vehicle. Second of all, if you have even bulky or a lot of stuff you want to sell, good luck on getting in the two breezeway doors ALL the while you are watching your other kids from one place to another. I would not sell her again EVEN for my worst enemies! Not worth driving there!!!!

Staff was rude and seemed annoyed when I went to checkout. I only had two items and I had already removed the hangers. The whole time I was in the store (approximately 30 minutes) the staff complained to each other about various tasks. As someone who previously worked in retail I can understand it’s not always the most thrilling, but complaining in front of customers is not a good look.
