I came here because I needed new bulbs, and I was not disappointed. The staff was knowledgeable as well as delightfully personable, and they helped me with great efficiency. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Carl for not only replacing the bulbs, but for also showing me that the wrong bulb was put in by a different shop and for being just an all-around friendly individual. If I need anything auto-related in the future, I'll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to several O'Reilly Auto Parts locations to recycle used oil, and they’ve always let me go to the back to drop it off without any issues. However, at this location, I had a completely different and disappointing experience.
One of the employees (the only heavier-set guy who works there) refused to let me drop off the oil inside, claiming it might drip—even after I told him it wasn’t dripping. Instead, he rudely insisted I go around to the back of the building, outside in the cold, to dispose of it.
What made this even worse was that earlier that same day, I saw someone else being allowed to drop their oil off inside without any problem. There are no signs saying where to drop oil or giving instructions, which makes it confusing and inconsistent. His tone was rude, his customer service was terrible, and I couldn’t even hear him because he mumbled so much. Honestly, it felt like there might have been some bias involved in how I was treated compared to other customers.
This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back to this location. O'Reilly should ensure all employees are trained to treat customers with respect and follow consistent policies.

Did not have the change for the $100 I was going to pay for the product and the old man behind the counter was rude about it. Saturday morning at 11:00 don't have enough money in your drawer to cover what I'm going to pay for that's just dumb

Going to the auto part store isn't always prompted by a positive need. When you're feeling down because your blinker stops working and people start staring while you drive, because they can't see what you intend.
Staff is great! Ready to help you find what you need and a few goodies to make the day better.

All the parts stores are pretty much the same anymore. Nothing special but also nothing to complain about either. Also they seem to be the only one that is actually open during their posted hours

I can't complain about the inventory. They usually have whatever part I need in stock. Or they have it at another store nearby. The staff doesn't usually seem to know what they are talking about.
