Love the clothes, but it's always an experience with the employees. The person ringing me up was on snap chat opening innapropriate pictures and didn't say a word to me the entire time LOL. My expectations for customer service is on the floor when it comes to this place.

Every time i’ve walked into this Pacsun it’s been dirty and messy everywhere. Workers don’t greet you coming in or tell you to have a nice day leaving. They act annoying if you’re waiting for them to check you at the counter and roll their eyes. I lost my wallet in there recently, that had all of my cards and license in it, so I asked if someone had brought it up, or assumed they’d help look and check cameras. All they replied with was they didn’t see it as well as acting annoyed again. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

This store is top one in appleton the manger Emma is the best manger ever I will most definitely shop there from now on!!!!

Workers sitting on the counters, on the phones, you have to go to them instead of them asking if you need anything. No greeting when you walk in. Store was a mess, dirty, and overall an unpleasant experience. Extremely unprofessional staff.

My daughter loves the Brandy Melville brand but this store is always a mess and staff is rude and/or unhappy. Staff spent the time sitting on counter and on phones. Seemed annoyed when we asked for a fitting room.

Was in the mall yesterday and Pacsun was finally open…. Kind of…people were ducking under the gate to get in went back after going to bath and body and they were CLOSED at like noon with no note for way. I don’t know who’s running this store but they’re not doing right… you’re supposed to actually be open so people can shop ? they had a note last week that they were closed for a “floorset” so you can have 6 people in there putting out new stuff but you can’t spare one of them to ring so you can actually be open. Don’t shop here just go somewhere else.

Rude staff and store is always messy, clothes all over the floor and displays trashed. Absolutely not an atmosphere i want to shop in. Save yourself going to this particular location and order online!

DO NOT PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING. I know it’s not PacSun’s fault but to save you some money I’d recommend going with standard shipping. My standard shipping packages came in 4 days while my faster shipping took up to 2 1/2 weeks. Save yourself the time and money.
