I would not recommend shopping this pandora. my boyfriend bought up each an engraved bracelet on Valentines of last year. (wouldn’t recommend buying pandora jewelry in general tbh) after less than a year the gold coating is chipping off my bracelet in some places already. for reference, i take it off to swim, shower, the gym, etc and for the price, even if i didnt, it should have held up better. i called the store regarding my protection plan and they claim they have no record of the purchase even tho I have an email from pandora saying “we hope you love your purchase” from february. its very shady and they gave me customer service numbers without actually fixing their mistake.

I had such an incredible experience at Pandora! I rarely write reviews, but Uriah absolutely made my visit phenomenal, and she truly deserves to be recognized. I came in hoping to add charms to a new bracelet, and Uriah completely transformed it. From the moment I walked in, she was wonderfully helpful, showing me various charms and even patiently putting them on my bracelet so I could visualize the final look. Uriah's exceptional intuition truly shined – she seemed to know exactly when I wasn't quite 'in love' with an arrangement and would effortlessly pivot to show me other beautiful combinations. She was never pushy, just incredibly patient and kind. I absolutely adore my bracelet now, and that's entirely thanks to Uriah's dedication. Thank you so much, Uriah, for making my bracelet perfect and my experience at Pandora a 10/10!

Employees are very rude and not helpful it almost seems they hate their job. Stop by to see if I can replace my $300 bracelet sense I new to hey do no fix them and got told that they do not longer carry my bracelet and there is nothing they can do even though it’s under warranty and I just purchased last year.

I ordered on-line, and my order said it was going to my billing address. Very good, I thought. I have 7 accounts with my bank, with the same billing address. After I hit send, it said, going to my previous address. Called customer service and they must have a glitch in their system because the automated voice message says we cannot cancel an order on line. After talking to customer service they said, to contact the delivery agent once established, otherwise report a claim that it was not received, if it shows delivered. What kind of sense is this and WHY is your system allowing transactions that don’t match up, clearly the delivery address and bank address didn’t match up. Will not be ordering off line or at all.

My mom went in for a jewelry cleaning and they tried to tell her her charms were fake, mind u we only buy from this location, so I go over to let them know they all real an if they are fake it's because they selling fakes, ladies tried to argue up an down it don't have a stamp an need proof of purchase, so happy everything I buy it goes under my email an they go to look up the email an every single charm on her bracelet is right there now they look stupid but still tried to justify one of them didn't have the stamp even tho they see proof of purchase but then she starts to look closely and find it inside the charm I would never shop wit this location again cause instead of them trying to find the stamp they just assumed cause we black we can't afford anything. Racism Location Definitely don't recommend

RUDE EMPLOYEES! 3 of them were helping 1 couple. After 15 min. of browsing, 1 employee did ask if I needed anything. She was short w/ answers, was obvious I wasn't worth her time. Sad, sad, sad for Pandora name. I'll continue my business at Jared!

Don't get your kids ear pierced here, waste of money super painful experience for my 6 year old. Back piece was put on super tightly her ear was purple right away! They wouldn't replace my daughters $80 14k earring I purchased when the gem fell out from when the woman was mishandling the gun and it also got stuck while piercing. They wanted to take out the earring to exchange it out. I told them no and why not just give us the earring and when it heals we can change it out. WASTE OF MONEY! Don't waste your time they didn't want to help resolve anything even at their own fault! my daughter was bawling and in pain I was not going to have them do it again smh. Go down to ICING OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will have to loosen it when she sleeps but as far as the experience yikes never again! Waste of money and not a good experience for my little! Super traumatic! I asked how refund work since it was her fault! They said they could also take the earrings out for a refund wow! I just said forget it!!! Do better!

Great experience! I needed a new ring since part of mine broke and they were really understanding and able to exchange for a new one without any hassle!
