My mom went in for a jewelry cleaning and they tried to tell her her charms were fake, mind u we only buy from this location, so I go over to let them know they all real an if they are fake it's because they selling fakes, ladies tried to argue up an down it don't have a stamp an need proof of purchase, so happy everything I buy it goes under my email an they go to look up the email an every single charm on her bracelet is right there now they look stupid but still tried to justify one of them didn't have the stamp even tho they see proof of purchase but then she starts to look closely and find it inside the charm I would never shop wit this location again cause instead of them trying to find the stamp they just assumed cause we black we can't afford anything. Racism Location Definitely don't recommend

Don't get your kids ear pierced here, waste of money super painful experience for my 6 year old. Back piece was put on super tightly her ear was purple right away! They wouldn't replace my daughters $80 14k earring I purchased when the gem fell out from when the woman was mishandling the gun and it also got stuck while piercing. They wanted to take out the earring to exchange it out. I told them no and why not just give us the earring and when it heals we can change it out. WASTE OF MONEY! Don't waste your time they didn't want to help resolve anything even at their own fault! my daughter was bawling and in pain I was not going to have them do it again smh. Go down to ICING OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will have to loosen it when she sleeps but as far as the experience yikes never again! Waste of money and not a good experience for my little! Super traumatic! I asked how refund work since it was her fault! They said they could also take the earrings out for a refund wow! I just said forget it!!! Do better!

RUDE EMPLOYEES! 3 of them were helping 1 couple. After 15 min. of browsing, 1 employee did ask if I needed anything. She was short w/ answers, was obvious I wasn't worth her time. Sad, sad, sad for Pandora name. I'll continue my business at Jared!

Worst service ever‼️ I’ve purchased thousands of dollars worth jewelry from them, the latch broke on my bracelet and they wouldn’t fix it. Customer service is horrible! Don’t purchase anything from them unless you want horrible service, or your jewelry fixed. Go somewhere else like Tiffany’s where they appreciate their customers.. The two mangers aren’t fit to run a dog store…

I was just at the store today and the 3 girls working there today where amazing and very helpful, the last time I was in store was 2 weeks prior and the girl was extremely rude and would not let me see what anything looked like out of the case but When I went today the supervisor was awesome, he was extremely friendly and listened to the problem. I love pandora so I am so happy about the experience today! I don’t expect perfection but today it felt like I was more than just a customer.

Customer service by Sean at the Appleton mall was awful. He was rude, he cursed over a return, and was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for a district manager or manager I was refused the contact information and hung up on.

The store and employees were not the problem but I did not spend $90 on a necklace that looks the same as a $2 necklace and have the $90 one break. How can a $2 necklace be better than one that expensive. Unbelievable.
