Dr. Davison is the BEST optometrist there is. Ellie helped me with my selection of glasses. She was very patient and friendly and explained thoroughly all my options. I recommend both of them.

Had a great experience overall! Dr. Piffle was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly. Kathryn was a big help and made the process simple. I interacted with most staff in store and all were pleasant and helpful, also knew what they were talking about. I will continue to visit this location for any vision needs in the future and would highly recommend.

I brought in some Prada sunglasses (not purchased at Pearl) because they were missing a screw that holds the lens in.
Evan was nice as could be and fixed them for me at no charge. I was ready to pay whatever it cost, but he said no. I highly recommend them and Evan!

I only had new lenses put in my glasses this time, but I have gotten glasses here before. While I have never had any problems, they lenses in my wifes glasses kept coming out and the store told here the lenses were made wrong and that was the reason for the problem but they never made any offer to correct the problem.

Highly recommend! The whole staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr Davison is great at explaining the tests as hes doing them and what they mean afterwards. I personally worked with Joseph and Hailey at my most recent visit for my frames and lenses and they were wonderful. I love coming here and will continue to be a repeat customer for many years.

We came here with no previous relationship with Pearle Vision, but came in to see if they might offer a glasses repair service. Not only did he fix the glasses, but there wasn't even a charge! Joseph from the Fox River Mall did an amazing job! Thank you!

Horrible customer service, I wish I could give -stars. My family has used this location at the Fox River Mall for a number of years. Not anymore, they lost a customer forever.
I went in in early April to get replacement lenses due to a scratched lens. Was informed it would take 2 weeks to get the lenses, fair enough. Likely it was covered under the warranty, great. Was told they needed to approve it by the manager, would call me if it was not. 2+ weeks went by, I called to check on the status, was told the lenses were never ordered because there was a $25 co-pay. No one ever called me. So now I paid the $25 co-pay and the lenses were rush-ordered. When they came in I went to the store only to find out they ordered the wrong lenses, even though I bought the glasses at that location, my information is on their computer. They re-ordered the lenses and today they were put in. As I stood in the store there was no discussion from the manager or the business owner, no apology while I was in there, nothing. I had asked the business owner and the manager to call me, neither reached out. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Davidson at Pearle Vision for over 25 years - always a great experience. Ellie and Hailey helped me select the right contacts and glasses from a great selection of frames, and they spent extra time looking at different options to get the best deal from available discounts, rebates and insurance coverage.
