Brought car here to get repaired, first time I went to pick it up parts where still missing so I rejected it. 2nd time I picked it up got home to find parts still broken, loose bolts, interior trim smashed in, shotty paint work around impact area, and fog light still non functional. Called to request further fixing no manager available to talk so I left message to call me with no response back.

There are so many better places to take your car than this place. I am replying to your reply to this review. No you have not contacted me, no you have not made any effort to reach out to me. Quit lying to everyone. You never made any effort to address this issue. Like I said in the first review. There are much better places then this to go

Would not recommend. Will not do work on my vehicle this time, which they would have in the pass. Guess they don't need any business. What a shock!

Customer service is sad. Megan the manager is refusing to complete the warranty work. USAA sent them an email authorizing the fixes. Gerber and Megan refuses to take care of my concerns and much rather call me a liar.In addition, Gerber continues to lie to my insurance company that my check engine light is not accident related without proof. They did not offer up a code history report to back up their claim. Now, because of their obvious laziness, I have to jump through hoops to prove Gerber wrong. Horrible place to do business with. Don't go here.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in the ditch in a icy snow storm. Did some damage to both the front and rear bumpers. With this damage Gerber had to remove several parts including many of the sensors on my car and the sensor for the adaptive cruise control. When I got the car back none of the body work looked seamless, they forgot to fix one piece of bodywork, they never realigned the vehicle like I asked them to (which was included in he claim), and my car kept wanting to apply the brakes when cruising down the road. I called them back to recalibrate the sensor that was causing the braking, but State Farm decided I could go to another shop in Appleton due to my initial experience at Gerber (which I wasn't totally upset with them yet but wanted to explore other options). Upon further inspection of my vehicle, the new shop noticed that they purchased a new sensor which they just mounted over the top of the old one and left the old one (with the wires hanging down) installed, which was causing all of the calibration issues. They also noticed that several of the sensors that had to be remounted to my car were just glued on instead of remounted. My back bumper was already coming off a week after I got the car back. I would never used this shop again in the future.3/15/24: update, nobody has been in contact with me to address my concerns, so the reply is total B.S.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was involved in an accident (not at fault) and other persons insurance made me take our vehicle there.First estimate was on par with what we expected aka some metalwork, taillight, bumper. Second estimate was for everything associated with electrical such as bumper sensors BUT was not deemed a total loss. Suddenly there was a third estimate including all mentioned parts plus now a blower motor and housing as well as blind spot sensor, which totaled the vehicle. I argued with them about those 3 parts as they WERE NOT involved in accident nor non-functional. The blind spot sensor isn’t even located anywhere near the impact area! Was told professionally “to bad so sad” and they would Not take it off. We promptly cancelled their claim and took it to another shop and our insurance company as well. The vehicle is in fact NOT a total loss and the parts I mentioned were in fact PERFECTLY FINE. Total cost for repairs was LESS THAN HALF of Gerbers estimate. USAA and Gerber did not have our family in mind and seemed like something “shady” was going on. Definitely steer clear from this shop at all costs!

I don't usually write a bad review, But I called looking for a price on a new windshield for my 2008 F-250 ,Alan answered the phone and i gave him the information on my truck, He quoted me $ 493.00 and asked me if I'd like to get the job done next week monday, I said I probably wouldn't be going ahead with it, He asked why, I replied that i was calling around and that Gerber/ he was the highest at $ 493.00 and my other quotes were in the $ 250.00 to $ 289.00 range, After he argued with me for a minute, HE hung up on me, Oh well, I can't even remember the last time thats happened to me, ?

I never write reviews but this might save someone from having a similar experience as me. If you get into an accident, small or big, do not work with Gerber Collision and Glass out of Appleton with your claim through your insurance!I was in a bumper to bumper accident in regards to three vehicles. When I went to Gerber, they just looked at the exterior of the vehicle even after I asked if I should open up the hood. The rep told me it was drivable and then a week later my car started acting funny, and would not accelerate. I called Gerber and told them what is happening and they told me over the phone that sometimes in accidents the radiator can crack. I had asked them why didn’t they look at that originally and they gave me some excuse. I had them tow it to get a second opinion, and there was indeed radiator damage from the original accident which was leaking coolant, and now my engine is shot because I was driving it! They then quoted to get a recycled engine after that. I’m not a car guy but if the guy looked at the hood, maybe he could’ve caught the crack and told me not to drive it and not cause further damage? Because of the further damage my insurance is not willing to pay for the repair and my car is deemed as a total loss and Gerber is taking zero responsibility.
