I needed a diet food for my cat. The vet recommended Hills science diet. Yes, it's low calorie, but found a Hills science diet brand that was lower in calories than the vets, at petco. My new cat food store at my fingertips.

Usually have what I need, ordering online is easy. Associate Rachel is always friendly, smiling and professional no matter how busy she is. Helped me with my online order while waiting on a line of customers. She is my favorite associate!

A while back we brought our dog in to Kit who is the salon manager. After finding out she has very little experience with pets we questioned her on the experience that she claimed to have she got mad and told us never to come to Petco again. We now have been going to another salon and are very happy and our puppy is so glad he don't have to see Kit.

Staff was very friendly & patient. I loved the layout of this location! I was surprised to see a kids section with toys and Legos. I loved that the quality betta food isn't hidden here like it is at other locations. Great store! I can't wait to go back!

There was a young german shepherd in there and he was a very aggressive reactive dog. The owner didnt do much but just hold his leash. At the checkout he lunged at me, I was holding a 5 pound puppy, the owner the just picked him up and held him for a few seconds, put him down and he saw another dog that was on his way into the store and try lunged at him. When a dog is that aggressive and reactive towards anyone or another dog the associate should ask them to remove the dog immediately. There were a few associates that just stood there and watched the behavior throughout the store.
