“I would like to give Aaron in the pharmacy an excellent review; I needed a refill of a prescription I was completely out of which I would normally get through mail order. When I called Caremark, the person told me CVS could need to call them to have it transferred. I called CVS and explained we would be passing through on our way to NW WI, and would they please fill it for me.Aaron called a few minutes later and apologized because he was told Caremark already filled it, so he was unable to fill it for me. I was disappointed since I would not be able to pick it up, but I appreciated the fact we didn’t waste a stop.Can’t say much for Caremark, however, since I explicitly told them I would have a CVS fill it…”
