Prices ring up wrong frequently and the adjustment/refund process takes forever. They never have baskets. Items listed as available online are nowhere to be found.

I'm from Oregon. This is the best service I have received at a grocery store. The woman working the self checkout right now was amazing. She helped me use the app and helped me clip all the coupons so we saved a ton of money. This was 1pm at the wisconsin ave location. Give her a raise!

I don’t like this store for many reasons. Most recently, I wanted to buy some raspberries or blackberries. They had 9 oz. raspberries on sale for 3.99, but when I checked out they were 5.99. When I questioned that, they said you need to use the digital coupon which was barely visible on the sign. They are hoping you check out and not check.

Like others have said - the layout is horrendous. The store carries no baskets and likely has no carts on the side you need it to be. Expect to be treated like a criminal - every worker hovers very closely and if you go in the evening expect every aisle to be marked off with an alarmed chain that if touched will manage to fall and scream a high pitched sound while the workers stare at you like you are yet again a criminal. You will have to walk the entire store to actually get to the aisles you want due to the chained off areas. Very inconvenient and frustrating! Not customer focused.

The location on Wisconsin Ave. recently revamped the layout of aisles, etc. But basically they just enlarged the liquor department resulting in carrying less items in other departments.
And on another note, they no longer offer paper bags with handles.
Overall I am not very pleased with this Pick n Save store.

Pick 'n save is a great place to go. Their employee Alex is great!!!. The prices are good. If you need help with anything, look for Alex and she will take time to help you. Best employee ever!!!!!

Today I brought my service dog into the store and I was told dogs aren't aloud in the store to take him and leave. I showed this he was a service dog and still insisted that I pick him up or take him outside. I am a disabled person and I have a service dog and I have all right to bring him into the store with me. But yet said person still yelled at me. I have a leash with a lock on it and he can't go far and I guess someone complained that I had him in the store and he went up to this person. I have never been treated so rudely before. My son who is also disabled was there and he got mad at the employee and said we will not go back to this Pick-N-Save again!!

The new layout of the store is horrendous. You can tell it is just designed to make you shop for longer instead of improving customer shopping experience. The aisles are twice as long and disorganized. It feels like everything is randomly thrown throughout the store. We spend 3x as long just trying to find our regular foods. It’s too expensive to be worth the hassle so we’ll be shopping somewhere else even though we’ve shopped here for years.

? One classy grocery store. If you’re looking for a beautiful wide open grocery store for all of your shopping needs - complete with lots of name brands and unique fruits and vegetables…. This is your one stop shop. And located off of Highway 41 for easy access!
? Pick n save offers a huge parking lot with extra large angled parking spaces … For your convenience.
? Immediately upon entering the store, there are always service members walking about asking you need any help. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all.
? I’ve had the produce manager order unique tropical fruits over the years. They can pretty much get anything that your heart desires.
? I love the Pick N Save generic brand -“simple truth”?…because it’s organic at a great price! I Especially love the coconut milk!
They always have the best and most freshest seafood - located in the back middle of the store —we especially love their fresh salmon.
? Pick and save now carries a wide variety of lactose free and vegan products in the dairy department located in the back left corner of the store. If you can’t find something, just ask, the staff is extremely accommodating.

Bought the classic french vannila breakfast to go shakes in the cereal isle. The box I purchased apparently has been expired since February 2024. Only noticed after i was drinking it and looked at the date label.
While yes i should have checked the expiration date. Was too excited to actually try them to look. However...
Why is there expired items by 4 months even in the store in the first place?
