I have been using this pharmacy for several months and have never had an issue and honestly really love how quick and friendly they usually are. I had a terrible experience with them this morning.I called in to have one of my scripts filled. Immedietly the lady was very aggressive in stating they've been on back order for months on specific medication. I stated that I had been getting that med filled there for the past several months. I then asked if they had the non generic on stock and she got extremely frustrated and rude with me. I was being friendly and am not really sure where the hostilities came from. I then just stated I was trying to figure out what they had in stock so I could call my pharmacist call and switch brands over..and then she hung up on me.The pharmacist then picked up who was also moody and stated that he can't just tell me quantities for certain medications because that's how they get robbed. I've been with this pharmacy for months and have actually switched over to them because where there was another shortage for this medication THEY TOLD ME they had it in stock. I never once asked for a quantity. I asked if they had the non generic in stock so I could have my doctor recall in a presciption. I'm pretty sure I've also spoken with this pharmacist about this medication during the first stint of time that it was on backorder and he was extremely friendly and helpful - so I'm wondering if their was miscommunication on what I was asking. Also, if you knew for several days my med was out of stock, then a phone call or text saying so would have been appreciated so I could get the ball going on receiving it somewhere else. I get yall are receiving this phone call everyday but to be rude and unprofessional is ridiculous. Just send a text. A voicemail. Something. The whole call was very upsetting and made me feel like I did something wrong just for trying to figure out how I could get my medication that I've been on for years. I asked the pharmacist for the techs name, Emily. Not sure if that is accurate, but I'm very upset with the entire interaction and am hoping someone can reveiw the phone cal

They never have shopping baskets available. When I asked why, they said that people steal them. So buy some more then, whydontcha. Several times lately, the advertised price for an item has not matched the price it rings up at. That’s annoying. I go here because its not as crowded as the other stores, thats pretty much the only “advantage” it offers.

Love the store, a lot of variety. The pharmacists are awesome. I have all my meds filled here and have never been happier.

This store is very pricy. Meats bought today had a pound of hidden fat under side so beware plus meat tray was wet making tray heavier. I will not be shopping here much. Kroger stores are not that good. Bakery never has any bagels out even at 10am. Not impressed.

I HATE shopping at PNS. To get the best coupons and deals you must use an app. I can never get it to work. I have had staff at 2 different stores help on various occasions, usually without success. At the store today, the checkout clerk could not even find the coupon I scanned in the aisle when shopping. I gave up and paid the higher price. FRUSTRSTED. Why can't I fill my cart and just get the best price? ?

Cameron in the pick up area has been a problem every single time I go there. I have now opted to drive 4 miles to another store, when Wisconsin Ave is only .39 miles from my house. He is argumentative and has a smart mouth. Twice I have asked to speak to a manager and both times he claimed to be one. I know better as I used to be a CSR at the store. I would never allow any of the staff to talk to customers the way he talked to me. Today he insisted that Poise 6 was a fair substitute for Poise 5. .Not in the eyes of my 93 year old mother!!

Avoid shopping here! The store layout is poor, they have the worst self checkout system I have ever used, and if you want to use an employee checkout counter, you wait 20 mins because they understaff the store even at the busiest times of the day. Have shopped here a handful of times and it's always the same experience

Seldom has more than one cashier on a register, thus a lengthy wait to check out unless you decide to help Kroger's bottom line by using the self check.

I worked at the Ballard Road Pick n Save after moving to wisconsin in 2022. I thought that was the worst store in the nation. Then I tried to rent a rug doctor from this store and it took an hour with no one doing anything throughout the whole process. It’s really hard to be worse than the worst but this store did itEdit: as with every pick n save management is the problem. No one was trained on how to lease the rug doctor and the poor kids working the counter were doing their best. As usual, pick n save management was awol and off taking it easy while the line level workers were working the hardest. Every pick n save is like this: management takes it easy and avoids doing any work and just forces the undertrained underpaid line level employees to do all the work. Every day employees at pick n save are doing their best; management is just lazy and worthless and sits around doing nothing while their employees try their best while getting below average pay and below average training. The only problem here is pick n save management.

I'm never shopping here again. I just bought 2 gallons of milk, and they are spoiled. I called the store and they wanted the spoiled milk back after I dumped it down the drain. The so called manager said there's nothing they can do.

I do not think pick N save understands the phrase welcome valued customer. If I have to go ahead and check myself out and bag my own groceries when I have a cart full I don't feel like a valued customer. If I am going to be checking myself out and bagging my own groceries then I should at least get an employee discount. It probably took me roughly 20 to 25 minutes just to get things together and leave the store since I had a cartful of groceries. Including the couple of times everything stopped working for some unknown reason and I had to wait for an attendant who was very kind but nonetheless it was a very frustrating experience especially after a long day at work. My frustration is not with the products you have in your store it's trying to leave your store. I do hope things improve because I like shopping here but I don't know how often I will come back if this is going to be the continued theme.

Not only are prices insane, produce has been poor lately and there are never any checkouts. Self service of course. Asked for a refund on some rotten produce and you need your receipt. No way to look it up off your loyalty card like Costco does.
