Worst Cashier experience ever! I contemplated over doing a review but it has bothered me all night. We always buy groceries at Pick N Save. Before we moved this was our main location. Today about 5pm I found myself in the area, bringing my brother home and decided to stop in for a couple things. We found pizzas on sale! Yay! 5 for $10! My brother was going to get 5 and I was going to buy 5. In the end they only had 8 so we went to the service desk to ask of they would still be $2 each. They said yes!
Go to the register I start putting our stuff up on the belt. Before I could even ask if my brother and I should do separate orders (because ATM was out of cash and he was going to be short $ I was going to over difference) because we had 8 pizzas and 5 was a limit. Kay, our cashier rudely and loudly said It was 5 per household and was raising her voice. Super uncalled for and embarrassing! I was trying to say we are related, live separately he just doesn't drive. All stuff I really shouldn't have had to explain to a cashier. We showed her our ID proving we don't live together and had our own savings cards to use. Nevermind they didn't even have enough for us to each buy 5.
Super rude.. . even my 15 year old son thought so. The bagger even kinda walked away. I did reach out to Ben? I think was a manager. Pleasant conversation with him regarding it, and it sounds like other employees must have said something about the incident in the few minutes it took for me to walk to my car and then come back in the speak to him.
Just awful. We were totally just trying to each buy a sale item and definitely not take advantage. Not like we were buying 30 pizzas.
My point for this, if an older lady by the name of Kay talks to you poorly/is raising voice, please report it. That type of thing should not happen. Nobody deserves that. It definitely wouldn't be tolerated at my job.

Big shoutout to the floral department- I had ordered a special arrangement for a death in the family and they took great care of my order. Left with a beautiful, well-priced arrangment that was very well received. Thank you for taking good care of my order-espeically given the circumstances

Pic n save is always a blessing, clean and the workers are friendly hard working. The store is always clean and out of most places where I shop I don't see much mold on their fruit like I do in other stores like Woodmans.
