Once you get high miles, they don't want to give quality work. Go somewhere else. One tech said to the other he doesn't need that he has almost 300k. Upper end has 50k on it and transmissions has 75k. Any time the truck needs anything it's taken care of as it's only just turned 6 years old. I run my truck all over the country and maintained until I'm sick of it. It's usually a time thing with vehicles and not milage.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My last 2 oil changes were nothing but problems. The last change the skid plate on my car literally fell off after the change. Took it back and the best they could do was zip tie it up and said I needed new bolts. This costed me $50 at Ford . Fast forward to my oil change last week (July 11). I give them another shot and low and behold the same thing has happened again. See attached picture. I even stated to make sure it was on and they went and reassured me it was all good.

Fast and friendly service with a professional attitude. Upsell attempt was informative, but not pushy. Repeat customer, very satisfied.

My car had some codes that popped up and had reduced power so i pulled in here just to see what was wrong with it and Colt came out to scan it. Colt, Josh, and Dylan pushed my car into the garage and told me they would fix it in a timely manner. These boys have their good karma coming! I’ll be coming back here just for their good hearts and kind souls.
What ended up happening was my Coolant line had pressure built up and basically exploded. They ran over to the nearest parts store to get it fixed quickly. Props to them. They deserve a raise.

Very unprofessional. Four guys standing around typing in the information, swearing and complaining. When asked what kind of oil I wanted, I said, same as last time. Go to check out, suddenly I’m being charged over $100. When I questioned it all four idiots just stared at me and shrugged, saying they gave me what they thought I had last time. Nope, I’d remember that price. I imagine they called me colorful names as I left and went back to doing nothing and swearing at each other. Will never go there again.

I've been a regular customer for over 10 years. I never had any issues until the last two times I went in. The first issue I had was the oil plug wasn't tight. Employee said he turned the plug out without using a wrench. It was only finger tight. Recently I went in again and they did the oil change and topped off the fluids. When they topped off the window cleaner they put the window cleaner into the coolant reservoir. I drove down the road to Tires Plus and had to get my radiator drained and flushed. $150. Employees said they didn't add the coolant to radiator. I will never go back.

My Girlfriend had an oil change done. I normally do them but she decided to get it done here because we're busy. Everything looked fine as it should, obviously an oil change is super simple. Got home and noticed a large amount of oil on my BRAND NEW driveway!! I understand there's usually a little drip from excess oil getting on stuff under the car but this was a lot. At least a quart I'd say. I checked the car over and looked like it was leaking from the oil drain plug. The plug was tight but I assume they didn't put a new crush washer on when doing the change. So few days later still leaking, she went back to have them fix it. They said it wasn't leaking but it obviously was. Instead making sure everything is good they put a sealer or caulk over and around the plug and said to check back after a few days. Seems to be fixed for now. But we shouldn't have to waste time to fix something simple. Not to mention now i have huge oil stains on my 2 week old driveway. I've tried to get it off with dawn and a pressure washer but still no luck. Very frustrating! Who's going to pay to get my driveway cleaned? Ain't me.

I was just shown that the wrong drain plug had been used on my car. This was the only place to touch the car that wasn't the dealer.

I paid 9 dollars more than going to toyota and changing oil. Standard oil change said 49 dollars I was charged 62 dollars. Then they could not grease my u joints on drive shaft said there grease gun would not fit in by u joints. After first telling me there was not fitting in u joints witch there are grease fittings I did them my self at home.

I used to recommend them. But after several times of waiting outside over 15 minutes with no vehicles in the bays I will be finding a new place to go.
