I must say of the hot mess I was in the mess of moving.. I couldn't have been stopped by a person so rightly fit for the position. Except.. he deserves more than a raise. Brennan was gifted the manic mess that spilled out the days stress as if he was a therapist instead of the employee of s self storage facility. Brennan took what came his way head on and showed he was capable of keeping his head on straight with his professional manner. He helped me understand the details that wouldn't come to trip me up later on. On top of ot all.. he shared kindness and empathy to go above and beyond the position. Feeling a sense of peace after the simple signing of a lease.. I couldn't be more happy with chosing Prime as the place to turn to. The man needs a better title with the company and many more raises to come with that. Thanks for being rad and turning a hectic time into a moment of relief. :)

Nice new building, but facility is dirty, appears never cleaned, starting with the parking lot. Beware in the parking lot, there is always nails and glass and trash surrounding the outside. I rented a small unit at the Appleton location for 21 months. Rent started at $63 in Feb 2023, went up to $98 by June 2023 (I complained and talked them down to $88/mo), went up to $114 by March 2024, and by Nov 2024 they raised it again to $124. Nearly doubled in 21 months! My monthly rental did include their insurance for only $3,000. The last increase induced me to sell everything and not have storage problems ever again. I was about to move to Kauai and leave everything in storage, but that final increase made me change my plans. When I originally called them for storage the lady at the main office told me I could store my car there (she even googled the length of my car to make sure it fit in the unit). Good thing I went to see the space prior to renting and that facility does not have car storage units whatsoever. ?!?!?! That made me have to change my plans. On top of all that, behind the facility there is a homeless community living in the woods. Some of the homeless folks were renting units in the cold season and sitting in their units during the day to warm up and do drugs. I did alert the staff and I do believe they did something about it. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Beware, I see they are now offering new contracts for first 4 months at 50% off. Your rent is very likely to raise quickly.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really know their stuff! The facility is also very well maintained, I'm impressed.

Lori Kohl here.... I can not say enough good things about Prime storage! Very professional staff, very knowledgeable and will do all they can to help you. If you need to store your things they are the best! Clean, safe and a company that cares. I know my families things are safe. Thank you to the Appleton wi facility you guys are amazing!

The units are inside the building. There are 2 floors, but there are elevators and plenty of carts to haul your stuff in on. The first unit I got was a corner and it was shaped very oddly. I asked if they could give me a different one. I got a little bigger of one with no issues as all. They couldn't match the original price, but they gave me a nice rate. Staff is kind and helpful.

Garbage everywhere on site. Dried puke in parking area near entrance. Homeless camp on site & they are making it messy. The only 1 good thing is that it's cool inside.
