Treat people terribly. Deny coverage. Terrible company.

They send out renewal notices 2 days before premium is due. Bank cannot get the check to them in time so they cancel my homeowners policy. 4th year in a row they have done this. Been an auto customer for about 6 years. I will be shopping around for new insurance. Not dealing with this anymore.

Would go lower if I could. The lack of communication is truly astonishing how you can set up a policy and not get the phone number or email address correct is beyond baffling. The communication or lack there of makes it somehow even worse.
