Prospera (and Terrance) were absolutely amazing!! They helped us get a loan that ultimately saved our dog!!! They're wonderful to work with and quick! Thank you guys SO much!!

If you value your sanity, just don't. Nothing these people say works, actually works. The app? Doesn't work. Phone system when you call? They've now opted for a digital AI that has the IQ of a peanut and doesn't understand very basic English. You can no longer call your local branch. Wanna call and make a car payment? Not at prospera! At prospera, you will have to drive in to make your payment every single time. Absolutely nothing convenient about this place. It was good at first, now it's a nightmare that keeps getting worse!,

ATM machines are always broken. Should be a very simple thing to keep these working as a convenience for the customer. And no the video tellers are not the same thing.I notified you guys back on February 4th about the Grand Chute location. Every time I go through there it is out of service.

Today I called to talk about moving my business accounts over from another credit union. I spoke with Greg from the Menasha branch. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Place has been going downhill the past year. I normally didn't have complaints but I lost my prospera credit card and requested a new one in February of 2022. It is now December 29 2022 and I still do not have my new card. I called 2-3 months ago wondering where it was and they told me it is still on the way. Still nothing.

Horrible customer service. We were looking to speak with a financial rep and was told he was on the phone and we could leave a voicemail or come in. Our home is 5 min away from the bank, so we drove there. When we arrived, was told the man left for the day? Ordered debit cards 6 weeks ago and never received them. Also, we're always given error messages when logging into online banking. Will be pulling account tomorrow. Don't waste your time.

I have been with Prospera 3-4 years and absolutely love it! I have used several of their products over the years and recommend them every time. However, it was my last two visits to the Grand Chute branch that triggered this review. My children and I worked with Grant to set up accounts for the kids and he was nothing short of amazing!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and he really made us feel welcomed. Propsera, thank you for the Grand Chute branch but most importantly, thank you for Grant - who treated my kids like they mattered as well.

I think Don Coopman severely undervalued my property while doing an appraisal for Prospera. Seems like a reccurring theme based on reviews I've read online. Google has Coopman Appraisal LLC listed as permanently closed. But Prosepra told me today, Don is one of their "preferred appraisers." Sketchy, seems like an attempt to avoid negative reviews. So I'm reviewing him here. If I ever do another loan with Prospera and Donald Coopman is the appraiser I will cancel immediately. Other than that, I like Prospera. The staff is always friendly and its convenient. 5 stars for Prospera. 0 stars for Coopman Appraisal LLC.

Horrible customer service. My fiancé and I are new members. We have 2 auto loans through them, and recently opened a checking and savings. Had to repeatedly call to speak with loan writer after I was told numerous times he would call. Left voicemail twice and been waiting almost a week for a return call. Also been waiting almost two weeks for business account banker to call me and speak to me about a business account, after I was repeatedly told that she would reach out to me. This is no way to do business and I do not recomend banking with them.
